The staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate you. They serve an excellent coffee and croissant for breakfast at the exact time that you request it. The location is excellent and within walking distance from major sites. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as it is better than we expected.

Grazioso b&b a due passi dalla fermata della metro e distante 10 minuti di camminata dalla stazione Termini. Pulizia giornaliera e personale gentile ed affabile. Consigliato a tutti e se tornassi a Roma non mi dispiacerebbe alloggiare di nuovo lì.

①飛行機が遅れ23時頃のチェックインとなりましたが、ホテルのマダムは快く対応してくれました。 ②テルミニ駅からはスーツケースを引っ張って徒歩15分程です。 ③ホテルではなくB＆Bで、マンションのワンフロア―が宿泊施設でした。 ④入口がわかりにくく、大きな扉の右上に【Hotel Maikol】と書かれた小さめの看板があります。大きな扉オートロックですのでチェックイン時はインターホンを鳴らして開けてもらいます。大きな扉を入った敷地内には複数の建物があり、インターホンのボタンも複数ありますが、ちゃんと【Hotel Maikol】と書いてあるので大丈夫です。 ⑤部屋は大きなスーツケースを2つ広げるに十分な広さがあり綺麗でした。 ⑥シャワーの水圧は強くも弱くもないです。 ⑦朝食は毎日朝食券がもらえるので、敷地内出入り口の大きな扉を出て右に見える、扉枠が黄色のファストフード店で食べれます。（パン1個・ワンドリンク） ⑧テルミニ駅まで近く、コロッセオも徒歩圏内とロケーションも良く、ホテルのマダムも親切で英語が苦手な私達にも一生懸命色々と教えてくれました。 新婚旅行で訪問しましたが、私も妻も特に不満に感じるような点も無く快適に楽しく過ごすことができました。

An excellent hotel - close to the Metro and walking distance to the Colosseum Opposite a beautiful park. Rooms are spacious and the staff are very helpful. Continental breakfast is provided. Becky made our stay in Rome very special - she gave us excellent information that saved us money. The hotel is walking distance to many interesting and historical sites or just get a daily Metro ticket as all the 'important' sites are easy to reach on the Metro. Situated in a very pleasant part of Rome - nice walks. We will not hesitate to stay here again when in Rome.

The Hotel Maikol is difficult to find but well worth the search. Be sure to do your research as to location before you go! Once you are buzzed in, Betty, the owner, is more than helpful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage while we explored. It is a great, basic spot to rest for the night and continental breakfast, in your room, is a morning treat. We walked, with luggage, from Termini station but could easily have taken the Metro (one stop) to the corner by the hotel.

Ett enkelt hotell med bra läge och service till ett bra pris! Vi var jättenöjda. God frukost för att vara italiensk, dvs väldigt söt. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att återvända till detta hotell nästa gång jag åker till Rom.

ホテルのオーナーがとてもフレンドリーで近くでおすすめのレストランなど色々教えくれ、ホテルもとても快適でした！中央駅からも近くて便利です。ホテルの入口が一見、一般住宅の入口みたいな大きいドアでわかりにくいので気をつけてください！

malgré le plan, difficile à trouver (accès par un porche) car enseigne peu visible et hotel plus proche d'un appartement ,mais tout est impeccable, accueil, propreté,petit déjeuner ,disponibilité de la" concierge" bulgare ,je garde dans mon agenda.

La camera davvero confortevole e pulita, l'albergo un po' difficile da trovare (un citofono in un portone), ma comunque a un passo dalla metro Vittorio Emanuele. La proprietaria di una gentilezza squisita.

Het is een toegankelijke hotel. De vrouw was heel sociaal en kan aardig goed Engels. Zij heeft ons geholpen met de dagindeling om zo zoveel mogelijk van de stad in een weekend te zien. Ontbijt, aan bed, was lekker. Ik kan eigenlijk weinig tot geen negatieve punten bedenken. De kamers waren overigens ruim.

Really, really great place to stay on a budget. Staff were very friendly and helpful, took care of any issues or requests we had right away. Room was comfortable, A/c was nice and cool, and heavy shutters blocked out the noise from the busy nearby street. The only complaint I would have was that the wifi signal was so weak in our room that it was almost unuseable. But for the price, service, comfort and location, I would definatwly recommend Maikol to anyone going to Rome.

My wife and I stayed only one night but have to say the room was terrific for the standard advertised and extremely good value for the price. Betty who runs the hotel was very helpful and could not do enough to provide an extremely helpful service. My wife has a gluten intolerance so Betty provided fruit and other breakfast foods that my wife could eat. The location of the hotel is very central to most sites. It is a bit difficult to locate the first time but after that we experienced no problem in finding our way back. We were so impressed with the hotel that we tried to book it again in our return trip to Rome in 3 weeks time but was fully booked. I can understand why.
