The first day, we had a flight delay, and came aroun 1 hour later than the stated check in with the staff, they kindly waited for us. Room is big and comfortable, well equiped. It has air conditioned, fact that made me very happy. The only thing I would point, is that, at least here in Expedia, it states that Breakfast is included and it wasn't. No problem, in front of the restaurant, there's a small market whre you can buy fruits, milk, bread and so on. Bus stop is in front of hotel, and remember to GET YOUR TICKETS BEFORE TAKING THE BUS and VALIDATE THE TICKET IN THE YELLOW MACHINES INSIDE THE BUS. There's a tabbachi store one street away from the hotel, where you can get the bus/tram/metro ticket for 1.5 eur.

Everything was really good considering the price. Breakfast was just croissant and coffee at a cafe downstairs, but I am not complaining. Location is quite good. The Termini station is about 15 minutes walk.

I decided to give this bed and breakfast high review because of the following reasons. 1. It is fairly close to Termini (Rome's main station). I am a 30 year old athlete and it took me 20mins to walk from the hotel to this station. So it is not exactly that close but by Europeans standards, it is very close. If you arrive in to Rome during the day, it will actually be nice to walk but if you arrive at night and you are not sure of where you are going, please take a taxi right infront of termini 2. The hotel is quite easy to find. I would recommend you email the hotel manager and tell him/her when you will arrive especially if you will arrive late. 3. The hotel rooms were clean and the rooms where cleaned every day. the room has a TV and an aircondition so if you go to Rome in July, you will be fine, 4. The bathroom is also clean all the time, however the shower is quite small so if you need a bigger shower, this place is not for you. This was the first time, I had to share a bathroom and it was not bad at all because not that many people were in the hotel at the time. Also if you are uncomfortable sharing bathrooms, this is not the place for you either 5. Breakfast was good, you get a croissant and tea or coffee depending on your taste, I wanted a big breakfast so I skipped the free breakfast a lot. 6. The hotel is close to termini so that means you can take the train to many of the tour sites in Rome.

Nos alojamos cuatro noches y recibimos un trato amable y cordial. El hotel cumple con los servicios que ofrece y no hay ningun tipo de sorpresa. La ubicación, si bien no es centrica, al estar cerca de la Termini permite conectar todos los lugares de interés mediante el uso del transporte publico con mucha facilidad

This accommodation was a little hard to find but concentration on street numbers and searching for the correct buzzer was the key. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well maintained. It was also within walking distance to Rome termini station which was good. The shared bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. There was also left access to the room which was located on the first floor. Breakfast was in the neighbouring bar and was a nice little social spot.or price, very good value.

Место тихое, транспорт не то, что рядом, но вокзал в 15 минутах неспешной ходьбы. Там же метро и автобусы. Основные туристические места в пределах пешей доступности. Номер чистый, с кондиционером. Единственный минус - ванна с туалетом общие, хотя и вполне прилично оборудованные. Если не смущает - этот отель оптимальное место для переночевок. Wi-Fi - вполне приличный и работоспособный. Завтрак - в соседнем баре, это даже забавно. Во всяком случае придает местный колорит.

It was very nice place with good condition of furnitures. Destination was quite close to Termini railway station and Colosseum (about 10 min by walk) which made my staying in rome very convenient.

Seul point regrettable, l'animation du bar en face, un peu bruyante pour ma chambre qui donnait dans la rue. Mais les autres chambres semblaient orientées côté cours. Totto bene à part ça.

The be is only a 10-minute walk from Rome Terminus Station, from which you can take the metro or walk to the city center in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants around, and the neighborhood is good. For the best restaurants in the neighborhood, ask Alaina. Breakfast is included in the cost, and the cafe on the following corner serves a big croissant and a big cup of coffee. Its enough to start the day. The rooms are on the building's second floor, but to get there, you can either use the stairs or the elevator. Our room was small but clean, and it had everything for a good night's sleep. Because there are only a few rooms in this place, the bathroom is shared but not occupied all day. The bathroom is also clean, and there are plenty of towels and a hair dryer, so you can pack light for your trip. In short, I can completely recommend this place, the owner, Alegria, is a pleasant person who makes her booking page well before your trip. You can reach the city's highlights in 30 minutes with very affordable rates.

The location is really reasonable and, in my opinion, everything is involved. The bathroom was clean and had a few small carpets to put when you came out, the white items were really white, there were tissues, a hairdryer, and even covers for the toilet as well as toiletries. Excellent shower to relax after a day of walking. The room was well equipped with hangers in the closet and on the walls, night tables, lamps, to, chairs etc. Bed was comfortable! The neighborhood is good during the day, the location is close to a university so it gets busy at night and there are strange looking people, I would advise keeping your eyes open if you go out. It's not very close to the city center but yes, from the train station and buses right in front. I walked all the way to the vatican and I was fine. There are many restaurants and bars nearby at affordable prices.

The room was clean, nice, and even worked. The wifi was amazing, and breakfast was provided. It's a 10 minute walk from a metro station, so it's easy to get to all the important places. The owner speaks Italian obviously, Spanish, and a little English.

The Mass House Bed and Breakfast proved to be a budget-friendly lodging and a truly homey and welcoming experience. Mass is situated via tiburtina and is a five-minute walk from the central station. At first, it can be a little challenging because it is the way in Italy, but as it is on the and level, it can be accessed by elevator. Even if English was difficult, the proprietors were extremely accommodating. But there was great attention to detail, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, despite not being a deluxe hotel. The bathrooms were shared and was also tidy and well-kept a little down the hall. Breakfast vouchers were available for the cafe next door. There are numerous eating options on the same street and a short stroll from the station. For being in a city, the sleep was fairly quiet. Would I make a reservation here again? It was one of the better affordable lodgings I stayed in while in Rome.

近くにスーパーが２軒あり、便利でした。レストランは沢山あるので、夕食には困りませんでしたが、夜の治安は中心部に比べて悪そうなので、女性一人で夕食を食べに出るのは危険な感じがします。サービスの朝食は近くにある店のカプチーノとクロワッサンでした。店の人の愛想がよかったです。チェックインの時だけＢ＆Ｂのおじさんがいて、夜はいないので、何かあったら困りますが、気を遣わなくていいのでよかったです。

テルミニ駅から徒歩で15分位で少し道に迷いました。通りの名前と番地が分かれば直ぐに見つかり、ボタンにも名前が表示されて分かりやすかったです。オーナーさんは、常時いないようなのでチェックインは、時間を決めてからになります。室内は、可愛らしいインテリアでした。ホテルの前からスペイン広場近くまで71番のバスで行けます。慣れると、便利です。私は、合計3泊しました。間に別の場所に旅行したのですがその間、スーツケースも快く預ける事が出来て、とても助かりました。ただ、バス通りの部屋は夜はうるさいので、気になる人は、通り沿いではない部屋が良いかもしれません。オーナーさんも、とても親切で話しやすかったです。
