Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall zu fuss an. Die räumlichkeiten entspricht den Preis.

Locale pulito e spazioso e Host molto disponibile al telefono ci ha dato tutte le informazioni. Arredamento non all'altezza delle foto proposte. Il bagno è in un locale attiguo alla stanza e rimane un po' isolato e freddo. Ottima invece la posizione vicinissima al Duomo

Il proprietario non si è presentato e abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora fuori per poi rintracciarlo solo ed esclusivamente chiamando il sito e arrabbiandoci...considerando che eravamo due mamme per di più con due bambini... E ci hanno detto che non eravamo state le uniche ad avere problemi...costerà anche poco e sarà in una buona posizione ma consiglio vivamente di non prenotare qui...

Localização que é realmente excelente, entendo que existem problemas no apartamento que são fáceis de endereçar, espero estar fazendo uma crítica construtiva, pois o local tem um enorme potencial, abaixo relaciono os principais problemas identificados, espero que tenham a oportunidade de melhorar. a) recebi um e-mail com algumas informações sobre o checkin e que eu deveria entrar em contato com antecedência, fiz isso via e-mail e já estando na Itália liguei no número que aparece como contato e não consegui falar, imagine o desespero de quem chegaria no dia seguinte em um local onde aparentemente não teria ninguém para ajudar, depois de multas ligações para a própria Hoteis.com, que conseguiu falar com o proprietário e encaminhar alguém para nos receber, se não tivéssemos feito isso com antecedência, com certeza ficaríamos na rua, pois não tem ninguém que possa receber, é uma coisa simples que resolver um problema gigante. 2) toalhas limpas e secas, isso é o mínimo, as toalhas estavam no varal e também a máquina de lavar, horrível. 3) o banheiro precisa de uma reforma urgente, é tenebroso, era fechar o olho, abrir o chuveiro e sair correndo. 4) a cama de casal é na parte de cima da beliche, terrível também. 5) o café da manhã que eles informam, resume-se a um pacote de torrada + envelopes de chá, não tem um leite, manteiga nada, então, tivemos que comprar tudo no Carrefour que fica na esquina, ótimo mercado. 6) se derem uma geral nesses itens, ficará perfeito.

Dicen que el desayuno esta incluido y solo encuentras un paquete de tostadas en la cocina y las botellas de agua rellenadas, del cuarto de baño peor imposible sucio malos olores la cisterna es un grifo que abres pero sin fuerza para arrastrar, lo unico bueno que tiene es que esta en el centro de la ciudad

Probably one of the worst experience with a property. As soon as you walked in the room, you can tell that the room was not properly cleaned. I told the guy that was checking us in right away but he was in a hurry to leave. He just said take pictures of things and let him know, which was pointless because we were just staying the night. After walking around and noticing dirty towels and trash in the bins, I kept telling they guy the room was not clean. He still insisted on leaving and saying he will let the cleaning lady know. There was mold throughout the bathroom and the room, so the room, bed and everything else smelled like mold. The only thing good about the place was the location, near the city center. However it’s definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place at all.

La mia esperienza è stata un incubo.. All' arrivo anziché alle 13..il cekin mi è stato detto che era alle 16...sono arrivata alle 17...entrando ho visto il caos...tovaglie per terra letti disfatti..cucina con stoviglie e buste di spazzatura......io ho reclamato e il titolare scusandosi mi ha detto che il servizio delle polizie non era andato...e si premurava a farli andare..abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori..alle 21 circa ci hanno dato la disponibilità...tovaglie sono state cambiate...ma le lenzuola No!! Per colazione:Un pacco di fette biscottate già aperte...evidentemente dagli ospiti che c erano prima di noi...un pacco di caffè...senza zucchero....questa è stato il servizio....acqua calda....assente...11 Dicembre......un incubooooo preciso le foto allegate sono delle ore 17...cioè l ora che sono entrata per la prima volta...

Ce n est pas un hôtel, personne n est venu nous ouvrir, malgré nos appels téléphoniques restés sans réponse... nous avons dû attendre qu une habitante rentre chez elle pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte d entrée. Petit déjeuner inclus, la bonne blague! Des paquets de biscotte dans le placard et c est tout! Pas beau, bruyant (fenêtre à côté de la déchetterie), très désagréable. Seul avantage c est bien placé.

I recently visited Milan with my husband and children and stayed at the Milano Flat Duomo for two nights. I have no words to expressed how dissatisfied I felt in this hotel. I'm surprised that Hotels.com advertises this place. As far as the room is just basically a whole in the wall. Just to get to the hotel and then the room is complicated, actually shady. The room smells bad, lack cleanliness, the furniture in the room was not consistent different pieces and all of them outdated. The beds were the worst and the linen sting. Also the room was dark and there was a window that if was just for looks. The only positive thing about this location is that it had AC and the location was OK with easy access to public transportation. I will never stay in this place again even if it was for free, now I know why they didn't show pictures of the actual room.
