Michele is one of the nicest people. Best support within shortest possible time. Big thank you! Noisy surrouding but by closing the window comfotable quiete Parking is Lucky but two places werde for free. Very quick to get out on main streets. Max 5 minutes walking to good Restaurant and 10 minutes to Tourist Hot Spot.

L'ospite è stato molto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La stanza molto comoda e la pulizia eccellente. Cabina doccia spaziosa e riscaldamento anche in bagno tramite rastrelliera per asciugamani. Letto con materassi confortevoli, armadio spazioso. Torneremo!

Clean and modern B&B 5 min by foot from the centre. Check in was efficient and breakfast adequate. The host Michele was friendly and provided helpful information. There's paid parking directly in front of the property or free parking some distance away. Would recommend, especially to those with a car!

Beautiful to be in a very convenient location, just outside of the city gate. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and advised us on what to do, where to park, etc. The room was nice, and had a comfortable big bed and a big shower. We also had a balcony in our room, which was nice to sit and drink on overlooking the city wall. Lucia is lovely and I wish we had stayed longer, but I'll be back and reserve this place again!.

I have a wonderful experience here, thanks to Michele, her perfect host and incredibly helpful. Our room was extremely clean and cozy, albeit small for two suitcases. The room itself was comfortable and adequate, and the red orange juice is incredible. I strongly recommend it, and the breakfast was adequate. The historic area is within a 5 minute walking distance. For tickets to the zucchini concert in the real Italia, visit Sangiovanni's church.

There is no better place to discover Lusica than the old city's northern gate. It is located in an old apartment building with high ceilings and has been wonderfully refurbished and modernized. Michele, the manager, was quite accommodating, and she added a personal touch to our stay. Parking is available for free 24 hours right outside the building door if you are fortunate.

This place is ideal in terms of location, there is a free parking space at 8 minutes walking distance. This place has a beautiful and clean room, bathroom, and shower. The room is the same as the picture. The balcony is beautiful. The air conditioning is strong, and the owner is kind and gives great advice. The breakfast is okay with few options.

it was a very nice experience in a beautiful premise and natural setting. only remark-they would charge 20 euro to light the salamander. in winter, it is quite a must. otherwise, there's air condition which maintained the room warm.
