The owner is wonderful, we loved our stay. A quick 10 minute walk to the train station and a supermarket nearby. We loved having the breakfast and espresso that was offered. Everything was clean and neat. Great place!!! Highly recommend it.

Não tive nenhum problema com hotel e foi excelente. Acredito que o acesso para hotel quando chega é bem confuso, uma sugestão seria ter uma instrução com fotos para orientar. Banheiros e camas e limpos, e oferecem um café da manhã de cortesia. Outro ponto excelente é que possui um supermercado grande ao lado da estação e ajudou muito durante a estadia, portanto essa localidade para mim foi excelente. Além do bairro ser muito tranquilo, por não ser muito agitado ajudar a ter uma noite mais tranquila.

This property is a few minutes walk to the metro and just down the block from a grocery store. A neighborhood & business location for locals, and we found some cute restaurants a few blocks away. Hour long walk from Trastevere, 30ish minute walk to Colosseum. Ubers will cost about 20€ - 30€ to get to all the monuments one way. It was 75€ to get to the airport. The daily service and breakfast was re-stocked and free daily. Bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable and memory foam. We slept like rocks. The owners were so fast to answer any questions on WhatsApp and the instructions very clear and detailed. Thanks Alessandro and Francesca for a great stay!

Convenient location with an amazing grocery store / coffee shop near by! 20min walk to the coliseum! And the host has lovely! Highly recommend !

Staff was very friendly and provided lots of advice for Romem via What's App and verbally when we meet them. The property is only a1km easy walk away from the Colesseum with the subway and a grocery store only 300m. Like any big city, parking is available but I would recommend taking the train from the airport which connects to the subway system.

Room was very clean, very simple check in and check out, the amenities for breakfast were good and the host was very accommodating getting me things for my dietary requirements. There is a Metro station nearby which will shortly be opening, which makes it even more appealing in the very near future. Otherwise, San Giovanni is only 8-10 minutes walk (Line A). The supermarket nearby is ideal for supplies. I would stay again.

Francesca was the main person who helped us with our getting checked in and managed the rooms. She provided very clear and concise information about the city and provided a map for us to see where major sites were in relation to the Property. Walking to the Coliseum was a great first site to see and closest to the Oasi Urbana. We enjoyed walking up the very old marble staircase and immediately felt part of Rome.
