This hotel was beautiful! We booked the room with the rooftop view and it was absolutely worth it! The location is great and it was easy to hop on the water transportation from the hotel!

We had the canal view(cozy plus) , lots of space, amazing shower and what was really nice there was a selection of water and juices in the fridge and also some nibbles too , which was all included. Stayed for 2 nights prior to a cruise. Great location only about 25 min walk to St marks Square and also Cannaregio across the canal was lovely for a walk at night . Right outside is a vaparetto stop. Highly recommend.

Easy walking distance to train station Spacious apartment with excellent AC Only downside is the code to enter rooms is quite loud and the bed is situated by the entry so you can hear guests coming and going.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Europe, it was a large apartment with bedroom and dressing area, separate open wardrobe, equipped kitchen and dining room with smart TV A view of the grand canal and the most fanctmy and best shower experience Ive ever had, with water jets spraying from all angles. Friendly and helpful staff

This is the second hotel I stayed in Venice. I think the cleanliness and room size are above Venice standard. Location is excellent just at the water bus station and close to the train station. it’s so convenient and easy to go anywhere. Staff are very friendly. Everything are beyond my expectations , will stay again if visit Venice again.

Our stay was great. Room was very nice. Vaporetto stops right outside the front door. Easy walk to the busiest places in Venice but not too close.

Friendly check in and lots of communication prior. Easy walk from train station and water bus stop out the front making it easy to get to other parts of Venice. Modern room with plenty of space. Lots of restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Happy to recommend

Absolute perfect location! We were in Venice for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our stay. Firstly, the location was only a 10 minute walk from St. Lucia train station and secondly the water bus stop was literally right outside our apartment window. The space itself was immaculately clean. Messaging with the owners was simple and prompt. If ever we get the chance to return to Venice, we will definitely be staying at Palazzina Riva. A true gem of Venice.

The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful and took the time to give us useful information about the Carnival events, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, very easy to get to, and made getting around Venice simple.
