Our stay at this beautiful palazzo in Naples was nothing short of magical. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt as though we had stepped into a museum. Every room was filled with stunning architecture, intricate details, elegant furnishings, and timeless artwork that reflected the rich history and charm of Naples. The atmosphere was enchanting and made our stay feel truly unforgettable. The accommodations were comfortable, impeccably maintained, and blended historic beauty with modern conveniences. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from start to finish. If you’re looking for a unique experience that captures the elegance and history of Italy, this is the place to stay. It was far more than just a hotel—it was an experience we’ll cherish for years to come. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Wonderful assistance from Angese and Antonella. Makes a palace feel like home and would be why one would come back to stay, again and again.

Very beautiful hotel. The gigantic rooms were stunning. With elaborated chandeliers, frescos and antique furniture. It was like staying in a royal palace. The bathroom didn’t match the grandiose lavish rooms, but it was functional. The breakfast room (included) was right by the balcony where Garibaldi gave the famous speech in Naples. Spectacular place

Thos is an accommodation for those want to experience Palazzo style historic property. But, by no means, it’s not a full service hotel.

Perfect location, right in between Archeological Museum and Palazzo Reale, near start of Spaccanapoli. Fantastic breakfast spread. Very, very helpful front desk and meal service staff.

Amazing breakfast and setting! Check-in was difficult. Couldn't even find the front door! Loved the staff and the palazzo itself. A fantastic experience staying there!

As the other reviews indicated, a truly exceptional palace. Magnificent. Huge room. Breakfast area is sureal. The breakfast itself is excellent. It is as though they took over a museum. It is nicer than many museums of palaces I have visited. A truly unique experience. The people are lovely. The only negative is the wifi, which is weak, but a small price to pay for such an exceptional experience.

Incredibly beautiful and unique hotel in a centralized location close to a train station. Our suite was gigantic (like 3 big hotel rooms combined). The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. Apart from these small issues, I would highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long.
