Our stay was incredible! Alessandro and his team were amazingly helpful and kind! They thought of everything! They booked a trip for us to Murano and recommended two of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to in our lives!! We can’t recommend this hotel more! The apartment we were in was stunning! Truly it was a bucket list experience! We will come back if/when we are in Venezia! Thank you Palazzo Schiovani! You are amazing people!!! -The Whitney-Hofmann Family

As someone new to non-hotel living, this place is definitely better than your traditional hotel. More room, with kitchen and very comfy. The place is kept up nicely. I felt it was CLEAN. The front desk is there limited hours, and sometimes can't be found during those hours. But they are helpful in a new city for us. Access is quite easy, the location is excellent near a supermarket, shops, and St. Marks sq. They provided a list of restaurants nearby and helped us reserve a place which worked out very well. There was a small washing machine in the apartment and we wanted to use it but realized that it has no dryer and we did not have time to dry it. The neighborhood was quiet, except there are a couple of party boats blasting rap in the middle of the night (1AM) going through the canals. And one local calling people "tourist" when lining up behind the supermarket. I think maybe the party boats are a problem and the locals have failed to police that. The Venice tourist tax exemption paperwork was a headache as there were website glitches, and much un-necessary time was spent on it. The front desk eventually helped us but it took a while also. Overall it was a good experience at the apartment and we will not hesitate to go back to the apartment if we ever visit Venice again.

Beautiful hotel with perfect space for our family of four for Christmas. Had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Would stay again. Was about a five minute walk to taxi. Service was excellent and decorated for Christmas. View was amazing! Nice patio area but was a little chilly to enjoy.

Our upgrade included a washer and dishwasher and small kitchen, which was definitely a bonus. The breakfast is simple and healthy and extremely high quality. The hotel is in a very beauitiful and quiet location, with easy access to the rest of venice.

Very conveniently located. Close enough to all the main attractions, but remote enough to be in a quieter area. It is also perfect location for water taxi pick up and drop off. The room was very clean and a good size for a family of four. Bathroom updated and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, good condition, two full bedrooms, full kitchen separate from smallish living/dining area, light-filled, charming antiques, easy walk to attractions but still feels like a residential neighborhood, nearby grocery, bakery, cafe, etc. Has an elevator but only used it for the luggage.

Lovely hotel to stay two nights in Venice. It is in a quiet area, but still only a ten minute walk from really popular areas. My only complaint was the scented toilet paper.
