Such a wonderful property in every way - this restored Tuscan farmhouse has been updated with all the modern comforts while preserving its Italian past. We stayed for three nights over a weekend and loved it so much we booked the same place for the next weekend! The rooms are great, bedding delicious, and breakfast a treat… The grounds are exquisitely landscaped and maintained, with amazing views stretching from mountains to sea… The staff was amazing from check in to check out; always friendly and super response to any queries. You will feel welcomed and at home immediately upon arrival and will long to return when you leave!

We were greeted warmly upon our arrival with one of the owners. He also suggested an incredible restaurant just 2 minutes from the property and when we had trouble finding he and his partner took us there, where they dined as well. Just so you know the restaurant is Randici&Sapori, small inside but tables outside when weather is nice. Wonderful breakfast as well at property. Beds very comfortable, shower wonderful, you can’t miss at this very nice property…and in more of the country outside of Ortobello but easy to get around. Thanks you all for a nice stay.

Our reception was excellent. The room was very nicely appointed. When we asked for a plate to serve our own appetizers, we were given 2 plates, and 2 of everything. The breakfast was incredible and the best cappuccino in our 3 weeks in Italy! A delightful experience. Pool is not heated but looks great! ( it was late October)

Had a fabulous 1 night stay on way to wedding in Tuscany. Great proximity to Porto Santo Stephano for dinner, beautiful property, fabulous owners, hospitality and delicious homemade breakfast.

A very unique place. Beautiful property, very modern and up to date, in the middle of a very pristinely kept real Tuscan farm with an endless pool. Fantastic real natural Breakfast. The stuff were very nice and welcoming as well just like the true Etruscans would have been. Close to Castello di Marsiliana for a Wine Tasting experience and Porto Santo Stefano for a Monaco like experience. 2 hours to Roma and 2 hours to Firenze. A few minutes to Water and a few minutes to Tuscan farms and Hills. Just do it!

The stay was wonderful, very friendly staff. The pool area was picturesque and pristine, a place you want to spend all day and relax. Breakfast is A all homemade pastries, juice and coffee. Highly recommend !

The facilities are beautiful with a new pool and landscaping. The breakfast was superb and bed very comfortable with extra pillows. The location is quiet and agricultural with new olive grove.

La location è magnifica e a breve distanza da moltissime località da visitare. Per una pausa dal caos cittadino è perfetta. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. La colazione è strepitosa, tutta con prodotti locali, alcuni dei quali a km 0. Un plauso alla signora che ogni giorno prepara torte dolci e salate con grande fantasia. Gentilissimo e solerte tutto il personale, compresi i due splendidi gatti, i veri signori della tenuta. Speriamo di tornare in primavera o in estate per usufruire della bella piscina e degli spazi esterni.
