Will undoubtedly return! Among the finest hotels we have ever stayed in throughout our time in europe. Although modest, the service and attention to detail are exceptional. A private dinner on the rooftop terrace rivals any Michelinstarred restaurant!.

This is an exceptional hotel in every way. Every detail was carefully considered. Beautiful rooms, exquisite amenities in the rooms and tentative service. The staff were outstanding. Everything one would expect from a top 5star hotel. Our home away from home in Rome.

This is our third trip to Rome and we keep returning to portrait rome. The most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in. Service is exceptional! It starts to feel like a home away from home. Location is perfect for accessing sites, shopping, and dining. Thank you for another memorable experience and for treating us like royalty. Cant wait to return.

The room is great and fully equipped, with a stylish wood panel that conceals the kitchenette. After, every room has en suite kitchen, so you can even prepare meals. Subsequently, the workers here were very friendly. Hereafter, they have rooftop area with restaurant. Thereupon, each room comes with kitchen which technically allows you to prepare food. Finally, this boutique hotel in romes lovely area has an excellent location.

Ive stayed in all fivestar hotels in the city of rome before making my decision on where to stay. This is the only one that truly deserves five stars. Beautiful, bright interior, cozy, elegant, and with the friendliest and most kind staff ive ever met! There is only a single word to describe it perfectly.

The location, service, and room were excellent. I had a great time staying here for 5 nights. We were able to walk everywhere and had no problems. It also made shopping easy. Shopping was simple as well. After that, we would go shopping, bring our bags back to the room, then go sightseeing. Subsequently, close to hermes and salvatore ferragamo.

I had a great time at portrait Roma. We had previously stayed here, albeit fewer than ten years ago. Its such tattered jewel. Excellent location, comfortable beds, delectable food and beverages on the rooftop. The personnel are outstanding. Very accommodating and helpful. In particular, at night, the view from the roof is breathtaking.

The staff was supportive and kind, the facilities of the hotel are top notch and the whole experience was amazing. It felt like a very welcoming home well managed. This was my second stay at this hotel in the last year and again, i can sum it up as perfect.

We only spent one night at the portrait before our early flight home the next day. After three weeks of exploring it, i decided to just unwind and sleep soundly. But the staff and portrait really helped me get back on track. It is conveniently situated in the center of the shopping district and right next to the spanish steps. During our visit, the personnel were extremely helpful and kind. I want to thank three employees in particular florence who assisted us settle in and made sure we were well taken care of. Riccardo at terrace bar who made me my new favorite drink, latamaris, and showed me how to make it. Alexis at patio bar was also very friendly and taught me the secrets of making a delicious carbonara. The rooms are quite lovely and roomy. We had plenty of Ferragamo goodies available during our stay because they are partnered with ferrago. Great view from the terracebar! Last but not least, they provided all the little details that made you feel pampered while youre there. 5 out of 5 would stay again the following time we visit romania.

This has to be the best hotel ive ever stayed in. Very conveniently located. Staff who are efficient and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you, even before you check in! Highly recommended. Cant find a single fault.

This place is truly amazing! The staff was exceptional, the room was outstanding, and flyagamo, a friendly patio named gull, was delightful. Although we doubt that the staff appreciated him as much as we did, it was still very satisfying.

This hotel is truly exceptional! The location is ideally situated, offering modern rooms, a satisfying breakfast, and most importantly, the staff members who go above and beyond. We were treated to the warmest personalized welcome and departure gifts, as well as assistance with numerous small but extremely practical requests. Additionally, they provided iphone, which doubles as an additional room key, providing utmost convenience for communication with staff. It is undoubtedly amazing! However, its not inexpensive.

This is a boutique hotel with high quality services! The location is in the city center and you will feel at home. The atmosphere is very private, the design is nice and the breakfast is delicious.
