Wir waren ca. eine Woche hier gewesen. Das Hotel ist klein und schön. Es bietet die wichtigsten Unetrhaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Anlage ist sauber und fußläufig gut zu erkunden. Das Personal ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt und daher können wir nicht viel zum Essen vor Ort sagen. Aber Brötchen konnte man vor Ort bestellen. Am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir die Möglichkeit am Lagerfeuer teilzunehmen, obwohl zu wenige Kinder da waren. Am letzten Tag wollten wir die Aktivitiäten des Kinderclubs noch mitnehmen. Leider fiel dann das Kerzengießen und auch das Lagerfeuer aus, weil zu wenige Kinder da waren, drei Kinder saßen zudem im Kinderclub. Es waren drei Betreuerinnen da. Empfanden wir persönlich sehr schade, da unsere Kinder sich wirklich darauf gefreut haben und dann sehr traurig darüber waren. Würde es persönlich besser finden, wenn Aktivitäten nicht abgesagt werden, auch wenn es zu wenige Kinder gibt. Man bucht ja auch Hotels, weil es diese Angebote gibt. Nur weil man nicht in der Hochsaison kommt, sollte sowas nicht ausfallen, oder man sollte das klar im Vorfeld, vor der Buchung kommunizieren.

The best place for a family vacation. The room is very comfortable with a fireplace and jacuzzi, with a lovely view of the outdoor pool. The hotel is also close to a ski slope, which is an added bonus. The friendliness of the employees really accentuated the whole great experience we had.

This is our second visit to this hotel, and we will definitely do so in the future. Beautiful hotel on the slopes. It was in a great shape, the apartment was very spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The hotel focuses on the smallest and most advanced children, but they dont forget the grownups. Their beautiful relaxation room and spa are both fantastic. I honed the most amazing massage I have ever had. The massage was exceptional, and it was the greatest in my life. You can unwind after a few hours on the slopes. Excellent cuisine. My familys favorite meal of the day is a separate childrens menu and a customized approach to noneaters course dinners, which is probably even better than skiing on gorgeous, sunny slopes. In addition, unusual, welcoming, and amiable individuals, who are always joking and really helpful, and caring, are provided. The proprietors are present and take care of everything, which is certainly worthwhile. There, I wholeheartedly suggest it.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is also strategic, close to a bike trail that leads to lien, versciaco railway station, and the ski lift for Mount Elmo. Although we are not new to excellent hotels, this was our first trip with our 10-month-old daughter, and the postalpina made everything easy. We wanted a top-notch hotel that didn't make us feel uncomfortable with a crying baby or a baby making a mess. No need to bring a highchair or even baby food. They take care of everything from bibs at dinner until making babies their first meals without salt. Since our room was actually a tiny apartment with a kitchen, we were also free to prepare snacks and lunch for our child. A mini club for children aged 3 and up is also available, and judging the other kids' faces, they looked very happy. Pina, the hotels mascot, was unquestionably a part of the happiness. It was also possible to have private babysitting available, which allowed us to take two hours for ourselves. We loved the pool and the toys available to the children's pool. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the spa aside from the sauna because of complications. The staff were pleasant and always happy with the baby making us feel right at home. First visit for my family in this lovely, custom built hotel. Lovely chalet, close to the sky slopes, perfect for children, great wellness services, pool, and kids club etc. Very gentle and kind individuals, particularly Andreas. Well, come back next year! The only drawback is the high price for the high season week of 2512 801, so if you have the chance, I strongly recommend visiting between January 901 and the end of January.

stayed with our daughter for a week. The place is beautiful and well-organized. The staff is very friendly, and the owners are a sweet couple. They are caring for all guests and very helpful. The hotel has everything needed to go hiking with small children. The pool area is very nice. The food is delicious. You can take the cable car directly to the mountain for a very cool walk and a stunning view. We will be back!.
