Un lugar muy céntrico de las principales atracciones, la habitación que nos tocó daba con el canal, por lo que fue un extra que hizo que estuviera mucho mejor. La atención desde un principio fue muy buena, se preocupó por darnos las indicaciones sobre cómo llegar al lugar, así como dejarnos un mapa sobre los lugares que debíamos visitar, además de que incluía en la cocina café y té que podíamos agarrar los visitantes.

Very convenient location. Near Jewish ghetto. Lots of food options. Nice room overlooking canal. Some problems with staff. Expedia charged more than owners asked.

The property location is wonderful, right in the heart of everything. The only problem with this property is the complicated self check in. It took us over 2 hours to check in with no help from property staff on site. Good thing there was a kind couple from New York who had the same issues as us help us. The rooms are nice but you need to walk a dark staircase and hallway to get to it a bit scary. They really should have a customer service person on site at property to help guests for the high price they charge. They don’t clean rooms nor give clean towels after initial check in. Lots of lock codes at each point to access property. First the gate, then at top of staircase then for room. If you don’t self check in online prior you won’t have codes for the front gate, staircase and room. When phone died on trip therefore I could not self check in prior. I had to depend on kindness of other to help and I did not have Whatapp to contact owner. This needs much improvement as many guests live the same situation.

Great location, air conditioned rooms , 2 bathrooms , friendly host . Not so good - 20 Euro service charge as well as the city tax which I didn’t know about and nowhere to store luggage after checkout so had to pull cases around all day in the heat and it ruined our final day! Overall a nice stay though

The B&B was what we expected. It was a little old, but charming. Elisabetta was VERY helpful and kind. She checked us in and gave us a lot of information on how to get around, places to eat, tourist spots etc. She was great! We did feel a bit rushed by the cleaning lady though. We were packing up to leave and got a knock on the door 10mins before the check out time. Another plus: The place is not in a busy area, so we got a good night's sleep!

Great location and nice roomy place. We arrive early in order to drop off our luggage (10 a.m.) No answer at all as it is a private residence. The nice cafe next door explained that the owner is never there before 2 p.m. and offered to hold our luggage in their cafe for us until 2 p.m. This fact put a damper on our day as we had planned to explore the whole day, and this broke up the day quite a bit. Most places allow an early luggage drop off. It would have been nice to have been made aware that they are never there before 2 p.m.

離車站很近，雖然要過一座橋，但橋上有無障礙設施，面對運河，但不嘈雜。旅館布置典雅，房間寬敞，公共場所乾淨，接待的阿姨服務態度也很好。

The location is near the train station and on the island which is nice. Check in is tough because you have to schedule a time to meet with the home owner. We had to leave our luggage at the train station which cost a lot. The room is ok, mattress is lumpy, slow WiFi and it’s a shared bathroom. It’s gloomy and dated but the location was decent.

Good value for a very budget stay, but there is strong need for improvement. The room was clean but dusty. There are 2 bathrooms for 4-5 rooms, and in one of them neither the toilet nor the shower was working properly. The fact that everyone coming in and out touches the same lockboxes and keys is totally un-hygienic (not even mentioning the bathrooms, one of them was constantly flooded). Someone left at 7-8am on a Sunday morning which woke up the whole flat. There is a washing machine and drier but it's forbidden for guests to use. The only real positive point is the proximity with several restaurants and vaporetto stations. Having the host great guests personally could at least make for a more friendly stay. This guest house obviously is a cash cow with a huge volume of travellers coming, but it shouldn't mean that the basics are left to the very strict minimum. You can get a much nicer place for the same price

We stayed in this hotel for a night and that was enough. It is very nice and clean however, one of the toilets was flooded and the towels were extremely thin and did not dry. The oven in the kitchen wasn’t working so we couldn’t cook (although there is a microwave and fridge if needed). The outlet in the bed was bad. A/c is appreciated in the room. Check in was quick and the lady was very nice.

The place smell terrible and a lot things around where broken. I didn't know we have to share bathroom with other 4 rooms. No toilet paper and no amenities in the shower. Only one old bad quality towel. In the page stayed that can be use laundry and on the washer had a note that it was only use for the staff. I don't recommended to any one.

Nous avons eu un problème en douane en Slovénie nous avons prévenu notre interlocuteur que ça serait difficile pour nous arriver avant 19h Notre interlocuteur nous a dit pas de problème je vous attends 18h59 on reçoit un appel comme quoi elle partait et nous a donné un numéro de téléphone de sa rem plaçant D'ailleurs impossible à joindre bref Comme je l'ai mentionné plus haut effectivement nous sommes arrivées après 19h allez boum 20€ pour le retard Ce n'est rien si encore on nous attendait mais non personne le numéro de téléphone sonnait occupe là il est 19.35 Du coup on a réussi à joindre quelqu'un car on avait imprimé la réservation Qui elle nous a envoyé une personne là il est 20h Et si encore la chambre était bien même pas L'appartement de la tante arrière tante franchement pas terrible du tout Je ne conseille pas cette établissement Franchement même avec le prix réduit ça voit pas 88€ + 20€ pour le retard merci les douaniers slovaques
