We had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely fantastic; right in the heart of everything, with bars, restaurants, and main attractions all within walking distance. The staff were incredible, especially Carola. She went above and beyond for us: welcoming, kind, and so helpful. She even came all the way to the main gate to meet us, which made us feel instantly at home. The boutique hotel itself is beautiful. The rooftop area is stunning, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità dagli host, attenti, sorridenti e sempre pronti a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza con professionalità e calore umano. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione con cui gestiscono questa struttura, rendendo ogni ospite speciale. La posizione è strategica, nel cuore del centro storico e a pochi passi dalle suggestive terrazze sul mare. La colazione è un vero punto di forza: ricca, varia e con un tocco autentico. Ogni mattina ci ha deliziati con prodotti tipici locali, dolci fatti in casa, frutta fresca e prelibatezze preparate da un’eccellente cuoca, che unisce gusto e tradizione con un’attenzione rara ai dettagli. Le camere sono arredate con gusto ricercato, curate in ogni minimo particolare e dotate di ogni comfort. La pulizia è impeccabile, sempre perfetta e puntuale, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera di benessere totale. Un altro punto di forza sono le terrazze panoramiche della struttura, ideali per un momento di relax al tramonto o per gustare una colazione all’aria aperta, coccolati dal sole pugliese e da una vista incantevole. Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende top! Wir haben im Vorfeld eine Mail bezüglich Parkmöglichkeiten geschickt. Es wurde für uns ein Parkplatz reserviert und es gab einen Shuttleservice vom Parkplatz bis zum Eingang der Altstadt und zurück. Von dort wurden wir abgeholt und unser Gepäck wurde bis ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Schön, neu renoviert und eingerichtet, authentisch und gemütlich, alles ist gut durchdacht. Das Frühstück war sensationell gut und auch der Kaffee sehr lecker! Carola hat uns von Anfang bis Ende gut betreut, mit Tipps versorgt und uns umsorgt! Wir würden sofort wieder hierherkommen und diese Unterkunft jederzeit an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen!

As others have mentioned, the breakfasts were amazing. We were there for four days and each day the items available were different, all home made and delicious. One of our party is Celiac and something gluten free was made just for her each day. The roof top area was nice for relaxing, complete with a hot tub and bathroom.

Fabulous stay from start to finish. Carola's so helpful with everything from car parking (despite very late arrival after flight delay) to recommendations. Situated down alley in old town, but transfer from car park kindly arranged. Breakfast is amazing, an array daily of delicious home made fare. Rooftop terrace wonderful & we were lucky to have to ourselves most days. Definitely recommend.

This property was very comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. The owners were very gracious and hospitable and hand made the morning breakfast that offered an amazing variety of delicious items. Best breakfast I have had in a boutique hotel. We definitely recommend this property.

The owner of the property is excellent- she made dinner reservations for us each night and gave great recommendations- the breakfast was unreal and the best meal we had because of the quality and assortment. Special treat was having Nunzio walk us through each dish and teach us where it came from locally! Absolutely delicious!

What a fantastic experience staying at Quinessenza. Carole and Nunzio were the perfect hosts, ably supported by Maria in the kitchen. each morning at breakfast was wonderful experience of beautiful Italian cuisine which you were taken through by the enthusiastic Nunzio. every request for assistance from Carole was met with a smile and only added to the overall experience. The hotel was centrally located to the old town and the carjacking arrangements were seamless in its execution

This was a magical stay, far exceeded our expectations. Family run boutique hotel, with Carola on reception and the owner Nunzio at breakfast each day. Incredibly accommodating: breakfast was never the same 2 days in a row, so many cakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cured meats and cheeses, and you can request eggs, plus fresh coffees made to order. You can see the love and thought poured into making this such a comfortable stay. Also right in the heart of old town, everywhere is a 1-8 minute walk in town. Would come back again, we miss Nunzio already!! Thank you for such a lovely stay

Absolutely recommend Quintessenza Domus for your next stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. This family owned place went above and beyond for my pregnant wife and I. We couldn’t be more grateful to of found such an accommodating place to stay. Carola helped with recommendations, transfers, beach umbrella/towels. Breakfast spread every morning was different and so delicious. This place is in the middle of everything so everything was perfect walking distance. Overall it was a beautiful experience for our 6 day stay

Great staff and fantastic breakfasts! They made sure they were there when we arrived. Much appreciated! Our room was tiny with just a very small window. (Claustrophobic) It was above a bar which made it very noisy. 😟

Hotel bem localizado. Tive um problema com o ar-condicionado que achei um pouco estranho. Fiquei apenas uma noite no hotel. Após fazer o checkin, fui para o quarto e liguei o ar-condicionado. Estava quente e a temperatura do quarto não esfriava, demorou muito, somente bem mais tarde quando fui dormir a temperatura baixou e ficou agradável, No dia seguinte, às 08:00 da manhã o ar-condicionado parou de funcionar. Tentei religá-lo através do painel de controle do quarto, mas o painel parecia ser apenas um enfeite, pois não comandava nada. Não cheguei a acionar o staff do hotel para verificar o problema de imediato, pois eu não ia demorar a fazer o checkout. Somente ao fazer o checkout comuniquei que o ar-condicionado havia parado de funcionar às 08:00, como se estivesse programado para desligar. O proprietário do hotel então pegou o celular para verificar o funcionamento do ar-condicionado através de um app via wifi. Assim, acabei ficando com a impressão de que existe uma interferência do proprietário no controle do ar-condicionado.
