My flight was delayed, so I called the hotel to make sure I'm not late. The manager told me it wasn't a problem. We finally arrived almost an hour after check-in time. We were given a very warm welcome with a large smile. The person at the front desk assists with carrying the luggage. The room is on two floors, very clean and has good, quiet air conditioning. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. It was a delicious breakfast and I particularly like to mark the coffee machine that made an amazing espresso.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the train station and the staff served us very well and very accommodating as we arrived. But after arriving, we got a room with all the necessities and it looks like new. The breakfast was very satisfying and tasty even though we are vegetarians and we were also able to make our own natural orange juice.

As this was so close to the main rail and bus station, we received a warm welcome from bonomelli's staff and useful information about places to go to on foot and by train. In 45 minutes, we were able to get the train to echo on the southern edge of Lake Como. The views were breathtaking because the lake was surrounded by mountains reaching 700 feet high. In addition, we took the train to Milan and toured the cathedral before attempting the breathtaking lift to the roof. Although not open, the La Scala Opera House was nearby. Although a convenient mode of transportation around Milan, the metro was manic. We had a great breakfast and a large bed in our spacious room in Bonomelli. We also made use of the local bus service, which took us to the high-cotta bass and then to San vigil via Funicula, where we had breathtaking scenery. We also took the tram to Albino, a small town away from Bergamo.

We got a very clean room and great service from the host who met us when we arrived. The location is near the main street where several restaurants are located. Breakfast is also good, there are many variations.

The best part of this place is its location close to the train station and airport bus stop. The room is more like an apartment, with a large bedroom area, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Breakfast is rich and tasty, and the coffee is also delicious. The staff are always happy to help you with any request.

Good enough accommodation when you can find it and finally get into the building. Follow the check in details closely to ensure you pay and that allows the main door to open - no check-in staff available.

We didn't receive any notification about check-in the night before our arrival, and then for several hours they didn't answer the phone or the line was busy. Finally, we notified Hotels.com, who looked for the owner and within 1 hour they solved it so that we could check in via an external application. It's worth getting to the accommodation early in the evening, there are terrible figures in groups on the street. It's hard to sleep even with earplugs, there's a very busy street right under the window day and night. However, the accommodation was clean and of good quality, equipped with everything. Most attractions and public transport are very close.

Es un subsuelo,(nunca me lo dijeron) que da a la calle, acceso por escsleras, poca luz, cama muy baja con colchon vencido, sin cubiertos, olor a sotano y a baño del triturador. Buena ubicacion, para pasear por la ciudad y acceso al tren, muchos comercios cerca, bien el agua caliente. Adecuado si el precio fuera un poco mas economico.

Rummet var rent och sängen var bekväm. Det vara nära till centrum. Däremot det var hemskt att komma in i vårt rummet, intill omöjligt då den digitala nyckeln inte fungerade och när vi fick en nyckel var det fel med låset. Vi var rädda när vi skulle från rummet då vi inte visste hur länge det skulle ta för att komma in nästa gång. Rummet var även väldigt lyhört då vi hörde allt grannarna sa och gjorde.

It was ok. A little dirty. Couldn't find bedding for pull out bed. Duvet had no cover on it. Only one pillow for my two children so I slept without a pillow. All other cushions and bedding were dirty and had stains. Shower looked too dirty to use. No hand wash or coffee but I guess was ok for one night. Would not stay there again

Dissapointing. First, with check in online having to pay €40 instead of the mentioned 25€, claiming it would be for cleaning costs. However, the place was really dirty when entering (see pictures). The place was in the basement. There’s also a bad smell. A small fridge was put on the ground but made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. Not worth the money at all

Access to the apartment is controlled through a phone app. You will not get a link to download this phone app unless you pay a couple of extra charges that are stated have to be paid in cash to the reception upon arrival. The introductory emails state that reception is open between 8am and 8pm, but there is no reception on site and they do not respond to emails. While the room was pleasant, it is almost impossible to actually get into it. Find somewhere else that has staff and service.

il codice della serratura apriva più camere (grosso problema di sicurezza). Ci sono 4 camere al seminterrato, nel cui atrio sono abbandonati materiali (scaldabagni vecchi, ecc...) . La camera al seminterrato è buia, potevano almeno mettere delle luci forti a led per alleviare il peso del soggiorno.

La camera era in uno scantinato, caloriferi spenti, arredamento indecente. L’unica coperta disponibile sembrava provenire dalla seconda guerra mondiale, gli accessori in metallo del bagno tutti arrugginiti. Il flessibile della doccia in una condizione spaventosa. L’unica fonte di calore uno split che non ha mai visto manutenzione. Finestra del bagno e della stanza simili a feritoie in stile prigione. É scandaloso che scattino delle foto per pubblicizzare queste realtà che non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà.

The biggest scammer in bergamo. The owner sent me a link to check in but it said "no reservation found". I texted owner, he didn't reply. I called, he didn't answer. We had to go to milan. The checkin closing time was 8pm. After countless times we called owner again at around 5pm, he picked up. We told him about the link and asked to fix it and if it is okay for us to came a little late. He agreed to it and said I'll check link. We were in peace that owner will fix the link and accommodate us when we reach the property. We reached at 9pm. I texted him, and guess what he said ? "I'm not coming now." We kept trying. My old mother had a knee problem, i sent him countless texts and called him many times. But he didn't accommodate us. The link to check in never worked. We spent night out in streets. Next morning we had to book another hotel and we never got our money back.
