It is a very central and family friendly place, we stayed two days and loved it with our 4y old. There was a washing machine which helped us during our long stay. The room is very comfy and amazing restaurants are literally next door.

We were here for just one night at the very start of our Italian vacation. The accommodations were so nice - we really appreciated the air conditioners! We would have stayed longer had we known how nice it would be ;-)

Extremely comfortable apartment in a quiet part of Bologna but close to the city center. Exceptionally equipped and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Entirely recommendable.

The only issue was on check in the representative requested further taxes and a cleaning fee but this was resolved after a number of phone calls and we didn't have to pay the extra. The same rep was very helpful trying to get us a taxi when leaving.

Hemos tenido muy buena experiencia con el antifritron (profesional y amable) Él estaba en el piso, esperando nuestra llegada. El piso estaba limpio, tiene buen tamaño y esta recien renovado con buen gusto (moderno y minimalista). El apartamento esta a 15 minutos en pie al centro de Bolonia. Una recomendacion total.

This apartment was the cleanest, most well equipped place that I have stayed in since I started my tour of Italy at the end of June! It even had a dishwasher! There was a refridgerater and a freezer that actually would fit enough food for a week. The bed was very comfortable. The couch in the living space was a nice space to sit and watch TV at night. Everything locked up tight at night which made me feel safe. The airconditioning worked very well. There was separate units fro the bedroom and living space. The only warning I would give to you is the apartment is in a ZLT which means you can get a fine for driving in the area. You MUST get a permit for $15 Euros/day from the tourist office near the piazza Magiorre or the TPER office down a ways from it. THEY DO NOT GIVE PERMITS RETROACTIVILY! I did not know this so I spent half a day trying to convince the offices to give me one for the day before. I never got one but was told there were no cameras connected to that street so I would not be fined. I guess I will find out in about 6 months if my rental car company sends me a bill for the fine. Anyway, plan ahead, get your permit and enjoy this lovely apartment.

I was supposed to coordinate check in ahead of the check in day, but forgot to reach out. I called as we anrrived, and they were quick to let us in. The apartment was clean, quiet and centrally located.

The apartment is centrally located - only 10 min walk from the centre and 10 min walk from staveco parking lot. The apartment provided some basic amenities which was sufficient for a short stay and we slept well (good beds, clean linens and quiet environment). Only negative was the cleaning fee we were asked to pay that was not specified in the property description.

Accolto da una persona speciale: Tulio ha dimostrato tutta la professionalità e accoglienza che un ospite vorrebbe avere al suo arrivo in una struttura. Appartamento ineccepibile nella mobilia, ottimale la fornitura di utensili, biancheria di ottima qualità, bagno con doccia spaziosa. Se proprio devo sollevare un piccola critica, ho notato alcune attrezzature della cucina non perfettamente pulite ed inoltre (sempre per voler cavillare) l'impianto di condizionamento non aveva qualità ed efficienza necessaria per la struttura. A parte questi due commenti che vogliono essere "costruttivi"...ringrazio ancora per l'ospitalità e speranzoso di essere nuovamente ospite presso di loro!

This is a two bedroom appartment, one bedroom on ground floor and one in the basement. The living area and kitchen are spacious. Location is great, just a few minute walk from piazza majore. Yet the street is very quite. The only downside is the shower on the ground floor which floods the bathroom. In all great place to stay.

This place worked great for our family of five. We showed up hours earlier than we had originally told him, but the host met us right away to let us in, and he provided us with a map of the area, which is a nice touch for an apartment-style place. The apartment was clean and well appointed, including air conditioning, which is definitely necessary in the summer. The location was a short walk away from the main piazza in town, but it was an easy and pretty walk, and a perfect location for anyone who wants to park outside the ZTL. The host recommended a lot that was just a couple blocks from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of space, though one of the bedrooms had no door, so privacy is a bit limited. Overall, a great place to stay, one to which we would definitely return.

Renovated and nice. The part that is quite a bit below standard is the second bedroom downstairs has very high humidity and mold growing on the wall. In fact it stinks of mold. There are water stains on the wall..and the person simply said 'sorry but we had a problem'. I hope they get that sorted asap as we didn't feel comfortable. Sleeping downstairs.

Although the managers of the property where accessible and tried to help we eventually moved to a hotel. When we arrived at the residence we liked the look of the unit until we found black mold in the bathroom. My wife is very allergic to black mold so we called the management and they moved us to another unit. It took over two hours to get there due to taxi service being slow. the unit we moved to was well away from the city center and another expensive taxi. It was now after 10:30 pm and I noticed in a corner by the closet the worse mold problem I have ever seen. Being so late we had to spend the night unfortunately. I woke up in the morning and called a different hotel and booked a room. Management wanted to move us to a different unit but 2 out of 2 being moldy I was done and didn’t want to spend my time taking a taxi around Bologna hoping for a better outcome
