Great location with walking distance to Vatican City and other attractions also convenient to Metro, dining and shopping. Room was clean and quiet. Will come back again

Hi, I had a great time staying at this property, the location is amazing and I could easily walk everywhere. Vatican and even to Rome City Centre. I have arranged for transfers and the communication was fantastic. From the moment of booking I felt that I had someone that will ensure that I get to the property safely. I can highly recommend staying here.

Wir waren zu fünft unterwegs, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom zu erkunden. Es war alles zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Petersplatz zehn Minuten, Piazza Navona ca. 25 Min., kleine Lebensmittelläden in direkter Nähe. Die Metrostation ganz in der Nähe erleichterte manche Exkursion. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet, es war vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören, wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert, die Duschen mit Glasschiebewänden versehen. Wasserkocher und Teevorrat sowie Safe im Zimmer fanden wir sehr angenehm. In derselben Straße waren mindestens drei Restaurants in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen, wo man auch mal nur ein Glas Wein trinken konnte. Dadurch haben wir ein hoteleigenes Restaurant nicht vermisst. Das Frühstück in der gegenüberliegenden Bar war typisch italienisch, Kaffee, Croissant und ein Glas Saft, serviert von einem sehr freundlichen Inhaber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier unseren Aufenthalt verbringen.

Gracchi was everything we wanted in our stay: Clean and comfortable room with air conditioning (necessary in early August)! Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the vatican/castel sant'angelo. Barbara and her husband were very welcoming and Sonny the cleaning man was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Você chega e descobre que o hotel fica dentro de um condomínio de prédios de apartamentos (coisa comum em Roma).São 4 quartos simples e confortáveis, extremamente bem arrumados e limpos.Você é muito bem atendido,orientado sobre suas dúvidas e depois não vai ver mais ninguém até ir embora. Caso você precise , como eu precisei de um transfer , existe um telefone à sua disposição, e , você é prontamente muito bem atendido. Ótima relação custo beneficio.

Piccolo b&b di sole 4 camere elegantemente ristrutturate a pochi passi da S.Pietro. Nonostante sia in centro le camere sono molto silenziose; ottima la pulizia e la cortesia del personale.

This was a first time visit to Rome for my family. The location of the apartment was excellent. About 10 minute walk to the Vatican and tourist bus. In the evening lots of shops and restaurants everywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable and secure. Breakfast, which we had in a cafe across the street was pleasant but with two teenagers, 1 croissant and a coffee, although delicious was not very filling. The owner organised our transport from the airport and back which was excellent. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the Gracchia to anyone.

Perfect location right by the Vatican, great restaurants nearby and one of the best gelateria in Rome on the same street. Comfortable and clean room, very kind service. The breakfast coupons get you a croissant, a coffee, and a cup of blood orange juice at a bar across the street. It's good to have that option.

We stayed at a small private residenzia (only 4 rooms) in the Prati district very close to the Vatican and in a very quiet street just off a main road. The Vatican was a ten minute walk away. Just a little bit further walking towards the river is the Castel Sant´Angelo is a really interesting castle to go round and by walking over the bridge and walking for about twenty minutes you could reach the Piazza Navona where you can buy prints and there are artists to do sketches. From here you can easily reach the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain. If you like shopping then you can visit the Spanish steps and all the boutique type shops surrounding. Another twenty minutes and you are at the Roman Forum and the Coliseum so everything is very close by.

Nette, feine Unterkunft, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Auch mit Kleinkind optimal (im Burggraben der Engelsburg gibt es einen sehr netten öffentlichen Spielplatz). Supermärkte, Markt und Lokale um die Ecke. Parken auf der Straße kein Problem (kostet derzeit 8 Euro pro Tag). Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Vermieter ist nett und unkomliziert.

バチカンまで徒歩10分前後で、散歩好きならパンテオンやトレヴィの泉などにも歩いて観光に行けます。 1階がレストラン、1棟の建物の中の1フロアにホテルが入っているという感じです。部屋はシンプルですが、バスルーム共にとても清潔感があり、潔癖気味の人も安心して泊まれると思います。ホテルの方も親切丁寧に対応してくださるので、ストレスなく過ごすことができました。こちらのホテルのおかげで、素敵なバチカン旅行になりました。ありがとうございました！

Spent 9 days with my wife on a mini vacation and had a great time staying at the hotel. Everything was so close to the Vatican, shops, metro and restaurants. Sonny the hotel mgr. was great very friendly always had our room clean and ready. For some people this room may be too small but we enjoyed it plenty of room for a couple and 4 suitcases. I recommend the hotel transportation to and from the airport for 2 extra euros you get a full size van. There´s a restaurant next to the the hotel...I recommend you eat somewhere else over price and better food at other restaurants. For other recommendations during your stay just ask Sonny.
