Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal lungomare. Stanza pulita, molto Romantica. Personale eccellente. Un particolare ringraziamento a Massimo, che ci ha portato in luoghi stupendi, raccontandoci ogni particolare del posto, consigliandoci ristoranti favolosi.

We were very happy with our stay at Residenza Echia. It was clean, we were 6 in two rooms and it was perfect. It was nice to little kitchen area available and refrig. Just a short walk to waterfront. Lift to use for luggage was plus. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and have already.

Tolle Unterkunft. Eher vergleichbar mit Ferienwohnungen als mit einem Hotelzimmer. Sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit eigener Pantry und kleiner Terasse, die gar nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Kein Reinigungsservice, aber dafür sehr privat - man hat echt seine Ruhe. Ruhige Gegend aber sehr zentral. Top!

Nossa estadia no Rezidenza Echia foi excelente. Apartamento confortável, grande, iluminado, com cozinha, incluindo fogão e microondas. Essencial para tomarmos aquela quantidade de café que todo brasileiro gosta. Não é um hotel convencional, logo não tem arrumação diária do quarto. Na verdade, nas cinco noites, não tivemos troca de toalhas,nem nenhuma forma de limpeza. Não foi exatamente um problema para nós, pois conseguimos manter as coisas em ordem. Mas fica aí a nossa dica para hotel, para incluir e/ou reduzir o prazo para este tipo de atendimento. Wi-fi perfeito. A localização é perfeita, a uma quadra da beiramar, com vários restaurantes e atrações. A poucos passos do centro histórico e de chiaia, que também é magnífica. O acesso na portaria é através de código. Ali tem também uma máquina de café e livros.O hotel oferece também bicicletas sem custos. Muito simpático. Recomendo.

Esperienza molto positiva. Camera spaziosa e accogliente, accoglienza gentile.La zona è centrale. Non Unico neo il servizio di navetta che ha praticato un prezzo superiore a quello concordato, ma credo non ci sia responsabilità della struttura ma dell’autista. La residenza è assolutamente da consigliare.

Ottima sistemazione in miniappartamento dotato di cucina attrezzata. Si trova a pochi passi dal lungomare all'altezza di Castel dell'Ovo. Dotato di tutti i confort incluso aria condizionata. Non c'è la reception 24 ore ma il personale può essere contattato telefonicamente ed è stato estremamente disponibile. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a Piazza Plebiscito e in 15 minuti a Piazza Municipio. nelle vicinanze numerosi ristoranti e pizzerie.

Our stay here really felt like we were living in Naples rather than a patronising any paid accomodation. We organised a private car through the wonderful hotel staff to pick us up from the train station which was well worth it being first time visitors to Naples. I will add that the option for the car was presented along with other transport options (taxi/bus) of getting to the apartment when I enquired and not pushed in anyway, however it was a great option and made connection with the apartment staff a no hassle event. The driver even tried to give us back the small tip we wanted him to have so you can the sure the car service they use is genuine and the price is comparable to a taxi so you'd be mad not to take it up. The apartments are one street back from the waterfront and next to a street that winds its way up a hill with residences built into the cliff face. The room we enjoyed had a little balcony that gave us water glimpses of the Meditarrean and had lots of windows for natural lighting. The bathroom was a touch on the small side but really what isn't when venturing through Europe. The main apartment area was spacious and the kitchen-in-a-cupboard is a great idea for when you don't want to look at the dishes. For those part time self-caterers like us, there is supermarket about 3 mins walk away with everything got you could need in addition to a grocer and deli. We had a great stay in Naples and would recommend these apartments to anyone.
