Fantastiskt bra läge med närhet och gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Rymligt och bra för oss fyra i familjen. Skönt med balkong som vi såg piazza del Popelo ifrån. Här bor vi gärna igen, rekomenderas varmt!

The location on this place is exactly what I was looking for . Fransisco got in touch with us and was accommodating every step of the way.. everything was in walking distance nothing more than 15 minute walk to anything.

The apartment is a very nice place. The town was next to the river. Easy access to Vatican City , Colosseum etc. The apartament itself was very suitable for us. I trust if anyone is looking for an apartment I recommend this one it is in a perfect location.

Location, location, location. Lejligheden ligger genialt. Rengøringen var dog ikke i top, og toiletdøren kunne ikke lukke.

In the photos it looked clean and modern … we checked in and it a beautiful location… size and had character…. It is in need of a good painting and updating …. The sofa had no legs so it was sitting on the floor and for a 6 ft tall guy I was very uncomfortable… the bathroom had black mold on the walls in the shower and paint peeling off the moldings … half the towel hooks were falling off the wall …. The iron didn’t work …. But I loved the location and the neighborhood so much

The air conditioner leaked onto the floor. I let my contact know about it and he had it repaired the same day. The only negative about the stay was that we had two people and only one towel per person for 8 days. Plus they did not supply any washcloths to shower with, I went to the market and bought a microfiber towel to use as one. Very nice place centrally located. Multiple sights were within 10 to 15 minute walking distance.

A destacar la amplitud, una vista con balcón a una plazeta, y dos camas dobles con colchones de calidad donde descansar a gusto. The apartment has great potential and is located in a very good area.Unfortunately, it is poorly maintained. We paid €180 for cleaning, but the apartment was not clean. The kitchen is very old and covered in dust, clearly not wiped for a long time. There were spider webs and nests around the balcony doors.The ceilings are 5m high, but there needs to be a proper way to remove dust and cobwebs. The kitchen hood is dirty on the top side.The sofa has no legs, making it low and uncomfortable to sit on. The beds are the biggest issue:they squeak and wobble with every movement.After three nights without proper sleep, we had to put the mattresses on the floor and sleep there.The bed frames are unstable and coming apart; they need to be glued and tightly fixed.The lower mattress is acceptable, but the upper one is very uncomfortable and lumpy. Both beds urgently need mattress toppers.Upstairs, the blanket was without a cover, which is unhygienic.The pillows are very poor quality and far too soft. The bathroom has a lot of mold on the doors, ceiling, and silicone.The doors and baseboards are dirty and worn out, and the bathtub is covered with wooden panels. To make this apartment suitable for guests, it needs major improvements: replacing the kitchen, installing new laminate flooring, and floor baseboards, sanding and repainting the doors, replacing silicone throughout the bathroom, and installing a more appropriate bathtub cover.

In general the condition of the property is good. The water goes cold after a while, it means that the last one get a cold shower (in my case, 4 guests). The stair to go to bed is terrible. Somethings I have to discover by myself.... like the internet stopped to work and I found out that there is a mobile used as hotspot that was off (after asking the owner with no answer)... I asked for the tourism tax receipt and they told me that will be sent but I didn't receive so far.

Vi mødtes med personale til udlejer, som var god til at fortælle om procedurer til lejligheden. Personalet sagde at hvis der var noget vi manglede kunne vi sms’e, vi manglede et xtra tæppe, men fik aldrig svar. Lejligheden er slidt men ok rengøring. Værelse ligger ud til gaden så der forekommer larm. Den store seng knirkede helt vildt. Lejlighed meget kold, kan ikke anbefales til efterår/vinter.

The photos on the site are not the reality, the accommodation is dirty, under construction, poorly maintained, disgusting shower curtain, water leaks, internet does not work.... really not recommended. Fridge not maintained and dirty, noisy air conditioning and the owner does not take care of it.

It was dirty, the sink leaked, water all over the floor, mold around the tub and no light. Also when we arrived the person that met us was asking for more money that was indicated on our expedia bill. If I could get my money back I would ,but Expedia is not like other rental properities. Horrible Experience
