Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr zentral gelegenl und ist dennoch ruhig. Es ist kein Hotel im eigentlichen sinne, sondern es sind wie kleine Wohnungen mit Schlafzimmer und Bad. So hat man immer das Gefühl, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Was sehr angenehm ist. Auf jeden Fall würde ich wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Al nostro arrivo siamo state accolte molto gentilmente e abbiamo potuto lasciare le valige (erano le 7 di mattina) fino all'orario previsto per poter entrare in camera. Ci sono stati dati ottimi consigli su Bar e Ristoranti e una cartina di Venezia. La nostra camera era molto ampia, accogliente, luminosa e pulita con una bella vista sulla piazzetta di San Lio. Ci siamo sentite subito "a casa." Letto con materasso molto comodo e ottima illuminazione per la lettura notturna. Un pouf supplementare fa da divanetto all'occorrente, una piccola scrivania con il telefono, armadio sufficente con frigobar e cassaforte. Un bagno con ampia doccia con cabina, comodo e con tutto il necessario e asciugamani di spugna. Il riscaldamento funzionava benissimo ed era ben regolabile autonomamente. La posizione eccellente a pochi passi dal ponte di Rialto permette di girare tutta venezia a piedi comodamente come anche di tornare in camera durante il giorno se necessario. Possiamo solo consigliarlo vivamente e torneremo senz'altro.

Excelente atendimento, minha esposa deixou cair a aliança na pia e os atendentes foram super prestativos e retiraram a mesma. Além simpatia do pessoal e limpeza do quarto. Só ficarei neste hotel quando voltar.

Know this: if you want to go to Venice and stay in the main island, you'all be staying at a hotel that is old as f$&@! With that in mind, most hotels there are really expensive. This one is just what you paid for! The room itself is very old but it's clean. The one huge positive is the location! It's within walking distance of everything!! We literally only had to use the boat from the station and to go to the other islands!

Very cosy and small hotel. Clean comfortable room. Pricey but excellent breakfast at Cá Bragadin. Only downside was the lack of signs outside San Lio and Cá Bragadin which made them both quite difficult to find.

部屋も清潔、中心地からも近く大満足でした。チェックインの場所が違うことが少しわかりづらかったので事前に地図を確認することをお勧めします。サンルチア駅から水上バスでリアルト橋まで乗ると楽です。

The room was excellent for the very low price, and the location was unbeatable at any price -- we could barely believe it! Given the price, we weren't surprised at a few drawbacks. The room was very small, and the "queen bed" was two single mattresses joined by a comfortable but noticeable padded connector. The wifi was slow and also included a warning against using "inappropriate sites," which was confusing for us as a male-male couple in a conservative Catholic country. Would our access be revoked for looking up gay bars catering to our people, for example? However, the location, comfort, decor, price, and staff were all excellent, and we would enthusiastically recommend staying here.

Acceso en 5/10 min. a pie a todos los sitios que visitar de Venecia. Total intimidad para entrar y salir. Calle muy transitada y un poco ruidosa. Muy cómodo porque te permite visitar cualquier zona y volver para descansar un rato.
