Unfortunately, if I add this tax to final rate, you will have to pay also the percentage for the channel services, so, I think it is more correct to ask for city tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs
Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible (not over 10:30pm) but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is at 10/am with the possibility to store your luggage until your departure in one of the new storage shops called Vaise.
since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must ask you for the euros 4,00 in cash each person per each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
