In the land of endless delights, milano offers this gem of a bed and breakfast that by arrangement also doubles as self-contained apartments. The iron gates are a conduit to another world, a five-minute walk from the central railway station. The bustle of the city center is transformed into quiet tranquility and a sense of privacy in a chill, drenched courtyard. It's at a front door, and the guests enter what is, in essence, different from anything else on earth thanks to its unique decor from the days of a previous owner. The closest vicinity would be an enchanted underwater cave that is now dried out! Try not to be surprised if your welcome party includes neptune, poseidon, nimo and the tiny mermaid! They will be basking in the general purpose lounge furnished with a jacuzzi constructed with the idea of being fed by a viaduct and waterfall. At this extraordinary location, nothing unusual. You will smile, feel happy, and delighted by the creativity that sometimes comes from eccentricity that borders on madness if you can enjoy this or in one of the less unusual en suite bedrooms while also using the excellently equipped kitchen, its functional furniture, several comfortable beds, and shower rooms large enough for an entire pod of killer whales. This hotel is close to the airport, I would stay there again. For the room, the furniture look like it was left over from the previous owner, the interior design was a bit odd, the bed, the shower, the futon, the sunken tub and shower were very nice, the owner is very friendly and pleasant, and the cleanliness was great.

This I apartment is a great place to stay when visiting Italy, whether you're arriving or leaving from Milan. We stayed in a triple room upstairs for three nights, and we liked it, especially in that neighborhood, where the building is surrounded by a courtyard and is very quiet. Mario, the owner, is wonderful and really helped us by letting us store our bicycle cases at the apartment while we went on a three-week bike journey through northern Italy. The room apartment is spotless, comfortable, and unique, and definitely a much better option than the standard train station hotel. Mario also gave us some great restaurant recommendations, we loved our stay here and would certainly come back.

For the price, I would say it was a bad experience for staying there. It has no window, made the room was very hot. They provided 2 fans with limited electric plug. They provided kitchen, but with bad and limited cooking equipments. The staff weren't responsive. I waited for more than 30 minutes and needed to phone them more than twice to get in into the apartment. Btw, they didn't provide the right phone number, so I needed to contact my agent to get the right contact to them first. I know about the mosquito issues in Milan, but experienced them inside the room was totally a nightmare. The space wasn't that clean. I planned to use the washing machine,but I cancelled it after seeing the laundry soap compartment. I was so disappointed with my staying there.
