The apartment I had originally booked was unavailable and lowcostsuite contacted me to offer 2 alternatives. I choose via Copernico in Milan which was just a couple of minutes walk from central station. It was very convenient and a lovely apartment which appeared to be recently renovated, very friendly staff. I would recommend to anybody looking for an apartment in central milan.

Wij hadden niet verwacht dat het een simpel apartement zou zijn omdat op de website het allemaal anders was aangegeven. Verder het hotel zelf was makkelijk en midden in het centrum. Heel handig voor een korte stedentrip!

Asser, who let me in was very helpful and very accommodating. Fell at home, His girlfriend was also very kind as to lend me her own Iphone electricity adaptor, which was a life saver. The room was very well kept, but the bulbs on a lamp did not work, but was not a problem. Besides from a smell of humidity which I had to get used to, the room was very comfortable and spectacularly located, lots of cafes, gelato parlors, restaurants and bars, lots of fun...Minutes away from restaurant and bar area and on the other direction, the Duomo. I will definitely go again but the humidity and smell has to be fixed.

Via de site een studio geboekt. De expedia-site geeft verwarrende en geen duidelijke informatie over de locatie en de inrichting. Zelf goed op blijven letten en nadenken. Studio zat op Via de Amicis op de 3e verdieping (met liftje). Omgeving is leuk en erg druk omdat het in een uitgaansgebied ligt. Op vrijdag en zaterdagavond/nacht kan het dus rumoerig zijn. Hebben wij niet als vervelend ervaren, maar kan voor anderen wel zo zijn. Vlakbij ligt de wijk Navigli (kanaal met VEEL horeca, erg gezellig). Studio is klein, schoon, eenvoudig, en prima voor een paar dagen. Wij verbleven er twee nachten. Voldoende warm water, prima bed, keukentje, televisie en snel wifi. De ontvangst bij de studio door iemand van de organisatie was prima, evenals bij het vertrek. Dichtstbijzijnde metrostation ongeveer 800 meter.

Expected to be contactable via mobile to arrange check in which cost money. Change of address. Costly taxis to an area of milan I hadnt chosen to be in. Much upheaval for my 80 yo mother, who is now 40 min walk from la scala for the opera on her birthday rather than 5-10 min walk. Change of contacts when I arrive in Milan, to be told the my contact isn't even in Milan! The whole trip a nightmare

1. Wrong position and address, No responsibility - Don't believe the position on the map. Don't believe the address on the website. I should have deeply consider another review who are disappointed.... 2. Wrong room info. - There should be air conditioner as it says on the web site, but there were no air conditioner. I complained for that, then they provided portable air conditioner. I had to flow out the hot air by cooling and so many mosquitoes came into the room. (Window should be open due to the hose for hot air) In the August, I cannot sleep well... Too hot or Too noisy... (people and mosquitoes flying sounds....) 3. Not good service... Room cleaning fee,.... Late check-in fee... (I paid both) Just one towel set for 5 nights!!! (20 euros for additional towels !!!) When I asked "I cannot find Spoons and forks..." Assistant said "Find carefully..." (instead of saying the position...) 4. So noisy - Bars near the main gate, broken beer bottles, noise people, over midnight till 3:00 am......

This must be the worst experience I've had booking a hotel (which is actually not a hotel but apartments). I was under the impression that this was in the address marked on the map but when I arrived I noticed that the address on the map was an office address and not the actual "hotel". Apparently they have apartments all over the city. I needed a hotel near the train station had booked something supposedly close enough and they ended up giving me something 30 minutes away by car. We agreed to meet someone there to give us the key at a certain time but after over an hour no one showed up and we were standing in the street all this time with our luggage. We called several times and no one answered. Therefore, we were forced to make other hotel arrangements and spend unnecessary additional cost. After 2 hours we got a call back and after explaining what happened we mentioned we had checked in to another hotel since no one showed up or answered our call. We asked for a refund after this terrible experience and they refused to give us our money back. Terrible service!!!!! We also asked Hotels.com to help us with this situation and they did not help us either. This "hotel" kept our full payment even thought we did not stay there and it was their fault. I do not understand why this "hotel" is still available to book in hotels.com after so many other people had similar experiences. Worst experience ever.

Arrived at an apartment complex rented by suites low cost Not San Babila suites nor anywhere close to the Piazza San Babila. 20 minutes from city centre. Lot of hidden costs . In front of Porta Ticinese which is an outdoor hangout at night and noisy every night till 3, 4 in the morning.

Awful - misleading advert, extremely high charges for cleaning that were not clear on booking. All communication written in Italian when I don't speak Italian. Given wrong address for hotel, made to pay a ridiculous deposit that caused me problems by blocking out most of the funds on my credit card. BE WARNED STAY AWAY. Strange men "checking" me into hotel demanding to write my credit card details down on a piece of paper, something I am fairly sure is illegal.
