Super séjour dans un endroit magnifique Hébergement typique de qualité La décoration extérieure est superbe et les espaces verts très jolis et bien entretenus Petit bémol l équipement de la cuisine n est pas au niveau du reste : pas de cafetière électrique 3 fourchettes seulement … c est dommage Piscine et jacuzzi au top. Calme et serenite !!! Un très bon séjour dans une campagne parsemée de trullis et jolis villages et villes

Beautiful masseria, the trullos are set in very nice environment, full of flowers, some fruit trees. The pool area is the best (the weather was quite cold for swimming but it sure was tempting!). Kind owners with quite good english (very good for our previous italian experience). Close to Locorotondo (about 4km, walkable) and Martina Franca.

Kept in touch with hosts on our way there re timing changes as requested. Always had a response almost immediately after sending message. Route there from the main road is very single track, and a bit tight in places, especially when the car hire company gives you “…a little upgrade….” Toyota Yaris or equivalent is now an MG SUV - nice for longer drives but a little wide for some roads. Warm welcome by Giovanni - thank you for speaking English to us. Short tour of estate and the lovely pool area but only opened at 10:00 (hubby likes to swim lengths in the morning and couldn’t) then to the trulli we had booked, which was amazing. Very chintzy but cute and clean. Kitchen is equipped if you want to eat in, although fridge is not particularly cold, and quite a few of the plates (also chintzy) were a tad chipped. Only downside was a/c located in living area not bedroom, and, apparently by Italian government law, is set to 26degrees, which wasn’t very effective. Not shown how to operate it and no power off button on wall thermostat so only way to turn off when we were out for the day was pulling the plug out. Be aware that the toilets here are very low to the ground, which doesn’t help if you have arthritic knees. The toiletries in the bathroom smelt really nice. TV channels limited. Free WiFi but poor connectivity. Beautifully kept grounds, quiet guests whilst we were there. If you want a peaceful, unique place to stay, then this is definitely the place for you.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Trulli Häuser. Leider sehr abgelegen. Waren im Oktober da und die einzigen Gäste. Für den Preis 1x die woche Reinigung und am Schluss 35 Euro für die Endreinigung sind nicht ok. Frühstück für 10 Euro extra pro Person sehr mager.

Prachtige locatie, goed onderhouden, trullo in mooie staat. De eigenaar laat zich niet zien, informeert alleen bij vertrek hoe het is bevallen. Qua gastvrijheid is er wat te winnen.

We arrived to a warm greeting from the host Anna-Maria and her gorgeous dogs (which I loved as I have my own dogs). The premises and gardens are breathtaking! Every care has been taken to maintain the house, Trullis and gardens as well as the pool. There are even tennis racquets and balls to borrow free of charge on the tennis court - which is lovely, set amongst the fig trees and near to the train line. We opted for the two bedroomed apartment - and this was gorgeous! However, the Trullis looked so lovely - we never got to look inside them. Due to the fact that they had their own kitchens, we wished we had chosen to stay in a Trulli - the only thing that put me off this when booking was that it said they had double beds and not Queen or King beds - unfortunately, being used to a large bed at home means we cannot sleep in anything smaller! Overall I would recommend this place. It is equidistant from Locorotondo and Martina Franca - both very gorgeous places to have a wander and go for dinner Parking in Martina Franca can be a nightmare though! This place is also only a few miles from Alberobello (bit too touristy for me but beautiful all the same!).

Accueil tout juste courtois de la propriétaire qui nous explique en 2 mots le fonctionnement du lieu et nous tend de quoi faire nous mêmes le lit de notre fils dont la présence était pourtant prévue. Petite chambre vieillotte mais propre à l'étage de la grande maison de maître , sans balcon. Service minimaliste tout au long de notre séjour puisqu' aucun ménage quotidien , malgré cela il reste à payer en supplément à la fin du séjour , 30 € de ménage final ... Petits déjeuners possibles mais non inclus dans le prix et servis seulement de 8 h 30 à 9 h 30. Néanmoins les extérieurs et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus et la localisation est parfaite pour visiter les alentours. De loin notre moins bon séjour dans les Pouilles au niveau rapport qualité /prix.

A beautiful setting, lovely gardens and a nice pool - just like the photographs. We stayed 4 nights in July. On the 2nd day the outside temperature rose to mid 30Cs. The temperature inside the trulli was unbearable (30C at night) and we didn't sleep well. We had one fan between 3 of us, sleeping in 2 different rooms. We asked for another fan and were told "No" - only one fan per trulli !. We had to argue to get the 2nd fan. The hosts did allow our son, who was staying nearby, to use the swimming pool which was kind of them. It's strange that the lady made such a fuss about the fan. The kitchen was not well equipped, no knife to cut a watermelon or a loaf of bread. Wifi was not very reliable. After the business with the fan, we no longer felt welcome here. We still slept quite badly. We were glad to leave in the end. The area and nearby towns are lovely. You need a car here.

casa rural, con buenas instalaciones y piscina, incluso con carpa para eventos. apartamento tipo Trullo típico de zona, el servicio de limpieza diario y cambio de toallas es de pago opcional, el desayuno opcional 7eur es bastante básico. Es complicado el acceso por caminos locales .

A picture perfect setting, everything one could wish for on first impression, but here belies the truth. Trulli accommodation: beautiful from outside, internally not comfortable. Kitchen was musty, unbearable heat due to no air conditioning and second bed wasn’t a proper bed. Had to argue for a second fan as we were a family of 3 split in 2 separate rooms; temperature inside read 30°c. Finally they gave us the second fan after a day. Shower head was broken and wasn’t functioning properly and the riser was damaged. When we reported this, the owner said someone would come and fix the problem, they never arrived. Overall wasn’t made to feel very welcome during our stay, however a car is a must as it is quite remote.

They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with.
