The location can’t be beat. Around the corner from Vatican, a block from buses, three blocks from metro. There’s a supermarket around the corner. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is awesome

Se encuentra a dos calles de la entrada a los Museos Vaticanos, a dos calles del Metro Ottaviano a 4 calles de la Plaza de San Pedro, hay cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Zona muy segura, aunque debe uno mantenerse atento. Habitación limpia, cómoda, amplia, con balcón a la calle, tiene elevador. Excelente por el precio. Recomendable.

The staff is very helpful and communication was great. The room was cleaned well every day without us asking. They are also located very close the Vatican Museum entrance.

Habitación amplia y confortable. Comodidad y gran confianza y ayuda por parte de los dueños. El alojamiento está cerca del metro que llega a todos los lugares de interés en pocos minutos. Zona turística pero fuera de la gran acumulación de gente que tiene otras zonas más céntricas. Totalmente aconsejable.

We booked this place because of its walking distance to the Vatican tour meeting point. Coming from New Jersey and not knowing the area at all, I would say I got really lucky. Our stay was perfect. Air conditioning worked great, we were about 2 blocks away from the meeting point for our AM Vatican tour. The room was larger than it looked in photos. The host was very attentive and answered all my questions really quickly. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

The room is very clean, safe (we use keys for each door after 5 pm and before 9 am). It closed to all the Vatican's important places such as the Museum and Basilica St. Peter. The owner were very nice, very accommodative and understanding. Just WhatsApp them if I need anything, and they will help. Small lift, but it was enough for me

It was an excellent little place (hotel) to stay. Very clean, close to everything (attraction, foods, shoppings, etc). The owner was very nice. I didn’t have time to notify them what time I will arrived and when I was late to check out, thee were very accommodating and understanding. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Vatican city

Really close to the Vatican and every bus /station can get you anywhere. There’s also a fountain right outside to fill your water and several food options right outside within a 5-10 min walk. The people were really nice especially the housekeeper, it’s a relatively safe area and the AC really feels great after a long day out in the summer heat. Bathrooms are very small so I wouldn’t recommend it if you can’t handle being a few inches away from the wall when you’re using the toilet. There’s also a guest tax which you pay for in cash, so don’t be surprised to have to pay cash upfront when you check in. There are multiple locks to get into the building, guest house and guest room. It’s not a hotel, it’s a guest house, which honestly is great if you want a more personal experience. I will say I didn’t realize that the way to get upstairs was a classic apartment elevator which is not unusual for locals but I’m sure is for people in North America. Not their fault but just to give a heads up for others, do not try to fit 4 big bags and 2 people in it, you can go one at a time lol.

This room was clean and simple. The lady that checked us in was very kind and helpful. The room had air conditioning and coffee and was located near the metro and some restaurants. The bathroom is very small but worked for my friend and I.

The apartment is shared with others but each one has its own access. It is spacious, but they never responded to a message I sent them. The air conditioning is terrible and it seems to be controlled by Wi-Fi, so it's better to ask for a fan if you don't want to be hot.
