Hezké ubytování s přihlédnutím k ceně. Jedná se o jedno z nejlevnějších ubytování blízko Benátek. Relativně blízko na nádraží Mestre cca 12min. chůzí. Ubytování se nachází na spojnici mezi nádražím a centrem Mestre, takže dobrá poloha. Čistota byla naprosto dostačující, jen např. koberec by si zasloužil více vysát, ale to jsou opravdu maličkosti, které při dané ceně člověk snadno přehlédne. Vše bylo funkční, na pokoji dva ventilátory. Vlítlo nám tam pár komárů v noci otevřeným, takže možná jen doporučím s sebou Reid pro klidnější spánek nebo neotevírat okno. Jinak povlečení čisté, vše hezky nachystané, na "recepci" možnost prolistovat knižního průvodce. V kuchyňce možno uvařit si čaj/kávu, pár hrnů bylo k dispozici vč. lednice.

Los días que estuvimos estuvimos muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, el señor que nos recibió muy amable y te informa sobre las paradas y la línea que Tenes que tomar para ir a Venecia, tiene muy buena ubicación con respecto a las paradas para poder desplazarte.

We really liked our stay at realtor dream I. The location is convenient to all the major attractions, the host is wonderful, giving suggestions on the must sees, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was tasty.

Stayed 3 nights at this place. First of all, when they say bed and breakfast, there was no breakfast other than the jar off old cornflakes but no milk I don't really complain because it didn't bother me. The main road is so busy night or day you can always hear the flow of traffic. There are 3 rooms in the hotel, and what I discovered was that the green room and the red room have the same key to open each room which isn't really safe as people from the green room can open the door to the red room if something goes missing etc. The bus stop right outside the hotel to go to Venice only takes about 12 minutes, and your nearby supermarkets etc. The host is helpful you may not see him every day, but he gives you his number to contact. This is very reasonable for what you pay.

In the summer, I traveled to Venice, and unlike many places in Europe, it felt like I was back in India. Summers in Venice had a tropical feel to them. The lack of a fan or air conditioner in the room was a letdown. They provided a table fan after my request, but it was not very comfy. There were no problems with the large and roomy bed. The room could be locked and we could carry the keys with us, so I think it was safe enough to leave our belongings. The kitchen is basic essential. The restroom also has a shower and bathtub, but it must be shared with other rooms.

我喜歡這裡的廚房，附近有超市可以買東西回來煮，也有一些小餐館！房間大、乾淨！去威尼斯本島，旁邊就有公車可以直接到達，是個不錯的住宿！ I like the kitchen here, there is a supermarket nearby to buy something to cook, there are some small restaurants! The room is big and clean! Going to Venice Island, there is a bus that can be reached directly, it is a good stay!

Ночевал две ночи. В самой Венеции цены на проживании заоблачные, а отели старые со своими недостатками, поэтому остановил свой выбор на жилье в Местре. VENICE DREAM идеально расположен - в нескольких остановках от жд вокзала (при желании можно прогуляться пешком, если вы налегке, займет минут 15-20), до Венеции можно доехать на автобусе за 20 минут - остановка автобуса расположена прямо у входа в отель, автобусы ходят круглосуточно. Очень дружелюбный администратор. В отеле три комнаты, общая ванная комната и просторная кухня. Так как я эти дни был единственным гостем, то в моем распоряжении был весь отель (администратор не ночевал, приходил лишь утром сделать завтрак и иногда заходил днем узнать не надо ли чего). Номера достаточно просторные, завтрак хороший. Рядом множество кафе и магазинов. Рекомендую к посещению, если вы хотите комфортное проживание в нескольких минутах езды от Венеции.

Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Das Zimmer (Green Room) war im Prinzip geputzt, die Bettlaken hatten allerdings Flecken. Auch das Bad war geputzt, die Waschmaschine die dort steht war aber innendrin total schimmelig. In dieser Maschine werden die Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die Gäste gewaschen. Es gibt auch eine Küche die sich die Bewohner beider Zimmer teilen. Diese haben wir aber nicht genutzt, also kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Einen Balkon gibt es auch bei der Küche. Im großen und ganzen hat man gemerkt, dass sich unser Gastgeber Mühe gibt dass es sauber ist (Oberflächen geputzt), aber trotzdem sind Waschmaschine und Bettlaken nicht sauber. Insgesamt könnte man aus dieser Wohnung sehr viel mehr machen als sie jetzt ist.

1)Adresse très difficile a trouvé 2) arrivé sur un immeuble très sale voir insalubre et pas un hotel comme vendu sur l annonce!! 3)impossible de joindre qq un,pas de téléphone indiqué 4)une vrai arnaque ,on vous vend une chambre d hotel et c est une chambre chez l habitant !!! Dans un quartier pas top du tout 5) on a ete obligé d aller dans un VRAI hotel 6) a éviter si vous pouvez

Experiência péssima. Não cumpre os requisitos mínimos nem de limpeza nem de conforto. Desaconselhamos totalmente o alojamento. O quarto que nos foi atribuído era diferente do reservado. Foi-nos cobrada uma taxa municipal superior à indicada no recibo do hoteis.com (em vez de 2€ e cobraram-nos 8€ sem recibo). Fotografaram os nossos cartões de identificação.

Vor einem dreiviertel Jahr gebucht und wegen eines technischen Fehlers überbucht,wurden wir erst gedrängt zu stornieren... Kurz vorher finde ich das unmöglich... Wir haben uns geweigert und an hotels. Com Gewand... Dann wurden wir zwar umgebucht... Aber das war eine Katastrophe... Privat zu Hause bei dem Besitzer, in dem Kinderzimmer seiner kleinen Kinder.. Die ganze Familie hat zusammen mit uns dort gehaust... Ohne das vorher zu wissen ist das eine Katastrophe, da hätte man uns im Vorfeld drüber informieren müssen... Es war nicht sauber, es roch übel, kein abschliessbares Zimmer, kein Fenster, es war einfach nur eine kammer... Übel und nie wieder

We never even got to stay at this place. We arrived early morning and attempted to find the hotel. What we found labeled as Venice Dream was actually SHUTTERED DOWN with one entrance. We rang the bell multiple times to no response. Got followed by a random man in a car as we were trying to call hotel administration (also, to no response). Expedia also attempted to contact the management but could not get a response from them either. We ended up having to find a last-minute palce to stay while we were in Venice. Since we were staying only a day and a half, this lack of response from the management wasted a lot of our time, efforts and money. And icing on the cake, they refused a refund when asked by Expedia. The only positives to come out of this were that we stayed at a much better place in the center of Venice and that we found out that Expedia has a timely and responsive service.
