Please notice that WE DO NOT HAVE A FRONT OFFICE SERVICE 24 hrs. Check-in time can be organized between 15:00 until 20:00. There is a 20 eu extra charge for arrivals after 20:00. Guests must communicate their travel schedule within 3 days before arrival; the lack of notice may cause long waits of which we cannot accept complaints.
After the second guest, children older than 2 years are considered extra guests.
Children under 2 years are not considered extra guests if they share the bed with their parents.
6. Lost objects, theft, damaged
The Municipality of Venice has established the Tourist City Tax of 4,00 euro per person by night for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 10 years are exempt. (Tax may be different according local regulations)

It’s strictly forbidden the introduction and use of drugs in the apartment.
Any damage caused to the apartment, furniture or accessories will be declared and settled immediately to the owner. All costs will be deducted of the caution fee.
ON THE ARRIVAL DAY, CHANGES OR DELAYS MUST BE COMMUNICATED BY PHONE CALL ONLY!
It’s highly recommended to moderate the consumption of alcohol. Please respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
The Owner of the Conte Rosso Apartment disclaims any responsibility for lost property, theft or damage to objects of your property left in the apartment.
1. Arrival Time and Check in
It's forbidden to smoke inside the apartment or inside the building. Smoking is allowed only in the terrace with the door closed.

A valid recognition document must be exhibited at the Check in process. The Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes violation of the Criminal Code and authorizes us to deny your access to the apartment. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
** Keys lost or damaged cost 50 eu.
TOWELS ARE INTENDED TO BE USED ONLY INSIDE THE APARTMENT NOT TO BE TAKEN TO THE BEACH!.
These rules are provided by local laws for touristic rentals and especially dictated by common sense and mutual respect. Please read them carefully.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and more guests than those registered.

Guest must leave the apartment in good conditions, empty the fridge and the rubbish bins. The Cleaning Fee does not cover any extra cleaning for guest's misuses of furniture or other accessories present in the apartment. Extra cleanings will be deducted of the Caution Fee.
