The management of the guest house was amazing. She made sure I was comfortanle and went as far as making sure I knew where things were in the area. I will for sure stay with them again if I visit Rome. The hospitality blew me away.

Very friendly and helpful manager/owner. Responds to emails promptly. Great location close to metro and walking distance to Vatican City, good range of nice and budget restaurants. We had prior reservations at the Hilton but because there are 3 of us can not check in to 1 room unless you booked a junior suite. It’s italian regulations not the hotels so we had to change all our reservations. We were prepared for the worst but this was a very good find. It’s not huge but we were comfortable. The ref is stacked with juices, water, sodas nd it’s all yours. Coffee and tea aplenty. You have to preorder continental breakfast when you check in, the elevator does not stop at exact floor so there is a short flight of steps. Unless you are schlepping around heavy luggages, it is fine. Definitely will come back to this place again esp it’s close proximity to the metro. There are temporary stalls with cheap bargains but we found same stalls outside of Tiffany’s.

El hotel es un poco viejo aunque tiene todo lo necesario. Si lo que quieres es estar a un lado del metro (excelente ubicación) y con todos lo servicios cerca (tienes todo lo necesario por los alrededores y la zona es bastante segura) este es el hotel. Si lo que quieres es un poco más de lujo o te pones un poco fresa (pijo) no creo que sería la mejor opción, por que el edificio es viejo, y además en la calle, justo enfrente de la entrada del edificio hay un mercadillo de ropa de segunda mano. Por otro lado, el Wifi no funcionó bien durante toda la estancia. El año pasado nos hospedamos en un hotel a un par de cuadras de este, y pasaba lo mismo. No sé si será un problema de toda la zona, pero parece que si, para que consideren al quedarse en esa zona, si tuvieran que trabajar o algo. Se encuentra en el 4to piso pero hay un elevador que lleva a dos personas a la vez. El desayuno incluido es estilo Italiano: café, te, un cuernito y jugo. No esperes huevo o nada Al cuarto que nos tocó le faltó un poco más de espacio para colgar ropa pero está bien en términos generales. Tiene lo básico el hospedaje y es funcional en términos generales.

Foi uma experiencia muito ruim. Chegamos em Roma no Domingo dia 31/Março/2019. Saímos do aeroporto eu , meu marido e um casal de amigos. Ao chegarmos no local do Guest Houswe, nos deparamos com um camelodromo tomando toda entrada do Guest House, a fachada não tinha nada haver com o que haviam publicado na internet,e ninguem na portaria para n os receber. Depois de 30 minutos na porta, foi que apareceu um rapaz e n os colocou para dentro. O que era ruim ficou pior. Predio decadente, elevador velho , e o lugar pessimo. Em 1 horas encontramos outro hotel e fomos embora daquele lugar. Lá não tomei nem um copo de água.
