What a gem of a place. For starters, it is in a hilly area, which is an excellent place to start, but it is truly in a prime hilly location. It is truly quite spectacular, tucked neatly behind the well-known villa that ruffles with all of the views. This location is undisputed in terms of the views and scenery. The grounds are lovely and well-kept, with a variety of wildlife and plants that perfectly complement the Mali Coast vista. The pool is an absolute delight, with plenty of sun loungers, and if you're like me and find it difficult to get into a chilly pool, this one has no problems. It is hard to tear your eyes apart against that lovely backdrop. A peaceful sanctuary in heaven. Our villa was large and well equipped with everything you could need and more. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was powerful. I had a wonderful night's sleep in the bed as well. It has everything you require and is clean and cool. Not luxurious and relatively without flaws, but it's charming, and honestly, you've come to the wrong location if you want to sit inside. There was a table, chairs, deck chairs, and a clothes dryer on the terrace on the terrace, but most of it was the view! We spent all of our time at the villa on

Excellent location! Absolutely breathtaking setting with quick access to the town square. Mara is excellent, and she assisted us in parking and reserved a table for the first night. She even went out and bought us an ironing board and iron. On the application page, we were hesitant that four boys would live three nights in a double bed and sofa bed apartment, but it's enormous and you could sleep two more on the terrace. The apartment has air conditioning, a lovely big bathroom, and a full kitchen. The pool is fantastic and offers a much nicer perspective. I can't recommend it enough with a few bottles of water in the room, but it's self-catering and the faucet is fine.

I stayed here with six other people for 6 days for twine workshop. The location was fantastic, just a 3 minute walk from the village square and lovely shops and restaurants. The villa has many a charm and a beautiful view from the outdoor patio spaces and pool. My room was so charming with shutters on the window. The staff made our breakfast every morning and even a fantastic seafood dinner our first night. I was so sad to leave and hope I can come back.

We had a great time here, and I would stay there again. We stayed here for three nights as we were in gravelly for a wedding. The view from the pool is stunning and evocative. The rooms are clean and spacious, precisely what we were expecting. The hosts Mara will be waiting for you to arrive, she was really helpful and will help you with anything you need. It's a great location, 5 minutes walk to the main square. There are some steps, but not too many. By the pool area, it was so peaceful and soothing. Just don't expect anything luxury because there is no air conditioning, the beds, pillows, etc. are not what you would get in a regular hotel. Your towels and bedding aren't changed every day. However, we didn't mind because it was exactly what we wanted, a comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings without the high price you get at other nearby hotels.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in May. The location was ideal for our watercolor painting group to sit together and paint or sip wine with a great view! The proprietor Flava organized several details for us in advance and even cooked us the best mussels any of us had ever tasted. Mara was kind enough to make several dinner reservations and arrange for porters to go up numerous stairs as well as any other items we asked for. This is not a fancy place, but one where we felt at home.
