The property can comfortably accommodate two families and perhaps three. There is plenty of space and all the rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher and microwave. The upper and lower galleries provide a cozy place to eat outside with a view. The basement is huge and has pinging tables, tablefootball, and other indoor sports equipment. The hosts were incredibly kind and we received eggs, oil, and bottles of red white wine that had been made from the enchanted villas garden. The pool is about 25x 8 meters and is without a doubt the dominant attraction of the stay. Absolute privacy and safety for a relaxing stay. I hope to return!.

My family plans to visit this lovely utopia again soon! I spent a week at Villa Tina but it wasnt long enough! The place is ideal, it is near to a grocery store and a short distance outside of Santa Maria di Castellabtes main part. Tina, who we visited every morning watering and tending to the garden, meticulously maintains the house and grounds. It is the most lush and tranquil place. Lemon, lime, and orange trees all around the pool, surrounded by vineyards and florals of all hues. The pool was fantastic, but we were unable to get the kids out of it, especially with the diving board! Tina didnt speak English, but she showed her affection by returning a bowl of white figs from her personal garden to our family. There were a few issues that required assistance upon arrival, and Federico, the property manager, quickly responded and addressed both concerns.

With a few family members, we remained there, and Villa Tina made it ideal for the family. It has a spacious 5 bedroom villa. It also has a laundry area and a variety of outdoor patio spaces where you can dine outdoors. The area was great for strolling to the city and beach. The villa is situated in the heart of an orchard of orange trees, lemon trees, lime trees, and olive trees. There is also a pool nearby. From the upstairs terrace, you can view the sea. Additionally, there is a security gate, which made us feel safe and that the villa owner also lives nearby. We may have slept soundly for a day or two getting used to the Italian bed mattresses, but we did. Frederick and Tina were wonderful people and wonderful hosts! We even got the opportunity to help to harvest olives. I would definitely return!.
