This was our first time booking an apartment for an extended stay and it couldn't have gone any better! The apartment looked EXACTLY like the pictures online which was fantastic! Ms. Ferri, the point person who was at the building daily was communicative, helpful, generous with her time and suggestions and above all, friendly. She asked us OUR needs for cleaning and supplies. She reached out long before our arrival with transport options from the airport and then when we left. She helped with every item we needed. Additionally, the building owner, Federico, was alerted to an electrical breaker issue (we didn't even realize it) came over on a Sunday night and was effusive in his kindness in making sure we were happy. He also had incredible food suggestion for pasta next to the apartment and it turned out to be amazing! The location was superb - close to the Vatican, a block from the subway with easy access to all of Rome. Good luck finding a better way to stay in Rome as we also took side trips to multiple cities, with two over night stays, and knew our things were safely tucked away and we came back to our Rome-home happy for relaxing up for the next adventure! Thank you Vino e Oil Residenze - Bravissimo!!!

Was super impressed with the hospitality here! Room/apartment was super spacious and well designed, location was awesome. 10 minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minute walk to the metro. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends.

Perfect location. Close to Vatican and Vatican museums. Walking distance to metro. Staff was in communication and available for questions. Very helpful, especially Giorgia. Room was clean and kitchen supplied with all necessary equipment to cook. We will stay there our next visit to Rome!

We were in room 1.1, the view was of a service courtyard. Perfect size apartment for two. Room was absolutely silent. Laundry in common area was convenient and easy to use.

Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person.

The place is spacious and very close to the Vatican city. Room looks just like the photos with a cute lift for moving luggages upstairs. Overall good value for money, would come back again.

地下鉄Ottavianoから5分ほど、ヴァティカンからも近く観光には便利でした。静かで治安のいい場所です。周囲に大きなスーパーはありませんが、10分ほど歩けばいくつかあります。アパートの入り方などもわかりやすかったです。部屋は清潔で広く、エアコン完備です。簡易キッチンや冷蔵庫、電子レンジなどあります。シャワーのお湯の水量も問題ありませんでした。タオルリネンもたくさんあります。基本的にスタッフと会うことはありませんが、whatsappなどですぐに連絡が取れます。 2日に1回くらい清掃が入るようです。これは調整可能でした。洗濯機は共用で、グラウンドフロアかつフロントにしかなかったので少し不便でした。干す場所もどうやらそこになるようで、無理やり部屋に干していました。

Our stay in Vino e Olio was amazing, Giorgia the host was very helpful and had excellent communication since the day I made the reservation. The apartment was walking distance to the Vatican City, also to transportation, dinning, small market and shopping. The place was super clean, AC worked perfect, and was great for our family of four. Two kids two adults. I would stay again!

We loved this place. We are a family of 4 and we had plenty of space. They gave us one coke, one sprite, 1 liter spakling water, amazing chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of white wine. The washer/dryer helped us a lot since we were leaving on a cruise after this stay. You can walk to the metro or bus stop. We did both! Vacatican city is 9 minute walk! I would come back here in a heart bit. I would recommend this to anyone. Service was amazing and location was the best! The AC was amazing. The weather was 96°.

When I return to Rome I plan on staying at Vino e Oli. The staff is amazing but the place was spacious, comfortable, clean, walkable to many places in Rome and super close to the Vatican. And the price point was perfect. Exceptional stay. We had been through hell upon our arrival in Rome. Our original VRBO never provided the codes and then we moved to a horrendous hotel and finally could not take staying in hotel and found Vino e Oli. I just wish I booked this place originally. 3 is definitely a charm!!!! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful spacious apartment with kitchen and well working ac. Loved the area. Very close to the Vatican and shopping but not the craziest busy area of the city. The owner was very kind. Loved our stay.
