• Please let us know your approximate arrival time,
• write to us when you are about 30 minutes away from the property.

• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign two paper forms :
- One confirming your acceptance of the house rules and check-in.
- One confirming acceptance of the privacy policy.

• We are required to record the travel document details of all guests for registration with the Italian government.
Please make sure each guest has a valid ID (passport for non-EU citizens). Documents must not be expired, damaged, or incomplete.

• € ?? in cash, to be paid at check-in for the tourist tax required by the government
(€1 per person, per day, for everyone aged 14 and up).

To open the purple entrance door :

• We will give you the code to open the small safe next to the door, where you'll find the key.
- Use the key only to open the door by turning it to the left.
- Do not lock the door by turning the key to the right.


Other useful info :

• Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere in the building, not even by the windows.

• Only registered and paying guests are allowed inside the apartment.
Access to external visitors is not permitted unless they have completed the payment for their stay through the appropriate e-commerce platforms and have been properly registered during a dedicated check-in. In any case, access is subject to not exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for the accommodation unit.

• In the common area, you’ll find recycling bins with clear illustrations.
We’ll take care of emptying them every morning.

• The Wi-Fi password is on a small picture in the common area.

• The magnetic badge must be removed every time you leave the apartment. It turns off the electricity and, after about 1 minute, automatically closes all the shutters.
When you return, just insert the badge again to reactivate everything.

• The lights are dimmable (you can adjust their brightness). You’ll find a guide on the table in the hallway with instructions.

• The boiler is set to 60°C to ensure there's more hot water available for showers.
Be careful — 60°C is very hot! Especially watch out with children.
If needed, you can adjust the temperature using the + and – buttons on the boiler.

• If you want to close the sofa bed, please make sure to remove the memory foam topper, all sheets, pillows, etc.
The topper (about 5 cm thick) is under the mattress cover and must be taken off to avoid damaging the mechanism.

• The washer-dryer is located in the common area and is free to use.

• Wet laundry must be hung outside the windows, using the wall-mounted drying racks.
Clothespins are located near the water boiler, in the container above the shoe rack.

• Please do not wash the linens provided by us during your stay.
However, you may request additional clean linens, as long as you return the ones previously provided.
Prices are listed in the frame inside the apartment.

• Personal hygiene products, including conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel, are provided only for those arriving after hours when local retail shops are closed, upon request at check-in and are limited to one unit per item." For pets :

• A brown plastic container will be provided for food and water bowls to help prevent spills and protect the grout lines of the floor.
