Room was great! The only downfall was there was no dryer. Love that there was a kitchen and washer. Location was great 10min walk to Dontorbori area. Kuromon market just a walk. Station right around the corner. 711 seconds away. The check in process was kinda long and sl difficult. There was an another app we had to download and pay a fee of how many people staying in the room. But anything after that was great!

It was a very nice hotel, very nice and clean room, with enough space, also we were confuse at first with checking in, our fault for not checking message sent by staff, they kind enough to find us a the second floor to help us figure out how to check in. Amazing stay, no complaints!

Very nice spacious room for a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable. The area is so close to Dotonbori and Namba area. Just minutes walk. Easy check in and check out. What I had a problem is understanding the right address. It’s not showing in Apple Maps, only on Google Maps. Emailed address was also different from the address showing up in google. But google map was helpful. All in all, we have no other complaints. We had the best stay! We’ll definitely stay here again.

This hotel is pretty close to Nippombashi station. Convenience stores are close by. Yamato luggage services is also a short walk away. There is no reception in this hotel. The check-in process was a bit tedious, as you have to enter the code they send once you arrive at the property for the doors to open. They sent me a link, but I wasn’t able to open the link on my phone in advance so I had to scan the QR code once I arrived. We also noticed only one elevator but we never waited too long for it. Otherwise, we were very happy with everything else. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, had a mini-kitchen with a huge fridge, a microwave, stove, and washing machine. I just wished their washing machine had a dryer function but it didn’t so our clothes still were damp, and I had to hang them to dry. There is a laundromat close by. The Dotonbori Glico sign is a 9-minute walk away. We kind of liked that we were away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori, as it becomes so crowded at night. There is also a big grocery store nearby, and lots of pharmacies around the area. Will definitely stay here again if we come and visit Osaka again. We would love to stay here again, if we get a chance to visit Osaka again.

My first time to check in with an unmanned accommodation, a bit hesitant at first but it was seamless with the information provided. The location was superb and nearby food nooks were good too.

신축건물이라서 그런지 깨끗하고 좋아요. 셀프 체크인 체크아웃이 처음이라서 조금 걱정이었는데 정말 잘 선택한거 같네요. 침대 머리쪽에 환풍구같은것이 있어서 벽쪽에서 주무시는 분은 좀 추울수 있어요. 그치만 그것빼고는 다 좋아요. 도톤보리도 그렇게 많이 안걸어도 되고 조용하가 푹잘수 있어서 추천합니다.
