I had a wonderful experience at this place. The room was excellent, spotless, and wellmaintained. Traditional style with tatami flooring. Additionally, the staff was exceptional and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay, even when i made snoozing while operating the washing machine. Strongly advised.

교토역과 10분거리라 캐리어를 끌고 오고가는게 불편했지만 교토 특성상 버스를 더 많이 타고 움직여서 괜찮았습니다. 숙소의 청결상태는 너무 좋은 상태였고 오사카의 더 비싸면서도 좁은 호텔과 달리 넓고 쾌적했습니다! 교토에 여행을 간다면 무조건 다시 이 곳에서 숙발할 생각입니다!

The closest subway is 400 meters away and its simple to walk. Nearby metro about 400 m. Although quite basic, the room is of decent size.

This apartment was a great place to stay in kyoto. I rented it through airbnb and had gotten incredibly good experience here.

The ambulance noise would bother you if you needed absolute silence. However, i dont recommend it unless you need complete silence and want to avoid it. Its spotless, has plenty of room, and offers excellent value for money.

The room is spacious enough for 4 people, and you can sleep in the futon and tatami. The bathroom is quite spacious, but you must purchase amenities at the front desk. However, this hotel is fairly close to kyoto station (about 15 minutes walk away). However because the hotel was near the road, it could occasionally be noisy. But they provide free earplugs.

I was having trouble with street noise. Even your room on the 7th floor is audible, so you can hear people walking, talking, and laughing. It was even louder and worse when an ambulance or motorcycle passed by, making it impossible for me to sleep well. But thats the drawbacks. The rooms are not small, as youll see in the photos, there is plenty of room for a small child to play around. A refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette, fridge, etc. Are available for easy cooking this is the main reason i reserved this hotel because we had gotten teen and wanted to cook alone. On the tatami mats, the futon sets were very comfortable. If you dont plan to leave your car at daytime, if you do, parking fees from the hotel will be y 1000 per day. For 7 pm to 7 am, public parking across the street is just Y 300.

This place is highly recommended. Very clean. Nice interior with all new utilities. It looks like a small apartment that you can live for years. Love their balcony which can see the whole intersection. A little expensive but worth it if you are traveling with 3,4 people.

This hotel in kyoto is a great choice for your stay. It is conveniently located near the kujo station and not far from the Kyoto station. The rooms are wellmaintained, tidy, and clean. Each room has wifi access.

I would recommend this place to anyone planning a vacation and want to explore other places like osaka and tokyo. The location is close to the station of kyushu, making it convenient for tourists who plan to visit various locations such as okonomi and Tokyo for leisure.

This place was fantastic. The location is right across from a lawson convenience store. It has wellequipped rooms with laundry facilities right below the building.

お風呂場に髪の毛が付着していたがそれ以外はキレイでした。ゴミや部屋のカギを最後どうしたらいいのか分からなかったので、説明などあればありがたかったです。部屋は写真の部屋ほでな広くはなかったですが、二人だったので十分でした

Chambre spacieuse fenêtre balcon (pas très propre)donnant sur escalier de service. Autre fenêtre donnant elle aussi sur un escalier, tout cela offrant peu de lumière à la pièce. Équipements de la cuisine limités. Cuisine pas très propre (hotte aspirante très sale et grasse) Hôtel un peu excentré, quartier négligé
