9. チェックアウトは11時までにお願い致します。レイトチェックアウトは有料にて承る場合もありますので、ご希望の方は事前にご相談ください。
5. In case of a lost key we will ask you to pay for a replacement.
2. タオル類、寝具はご予約人数分のご用意とさせていただきます。（添い寝のお子様は含みません。）
4. 騒音や無断駐車など、近所迷惑になるような行為は絶対にしないでください。
7. Special attention should be paid to customers with children. If the bedwetting seeps into the bed mat, we will ask you to pay for the cost of cleaning the bed mat.
3. 宿泊者以外の方は、施設を利用することはできません。尚、予約人数以上の利用が発覚した場合は、利用人数分の代金請求もしくはご退室いただくこともございます。(利用人数とは、ご宿泊の有無に関わらず入室される人数です。)
3. Please do not bring guests that are not on the reservation. If we find out that you are using more than the number of people you have booked, you will be charged for the number of people you use or you will not be able to stay overnight.
6. If you break or lose equipment and household goods, you will be charged for repair or purchase of the product.
9. Check out is untill 11:00 am. Late check out is possible,but there may be an extra charge. Please consult with us.
6. 器物破損、備品の紛失に関しては、修繕費用もしくは代変え製品の購入費用を請求させていただきます。
8. A baby's buggy and a baby bathtub are available in the room only for those who request to use the baby at the time of booking.
2. Bed making and amenities are provided for the number of guests booked.(Children staying free are not included in the number of guests)
8. アイロン、ベビーベッド、ベビーバスの貸出をご希望される場合は、お申し出ください。
7. 特にお子様連れのお客様は、おねしょの対策をお願い致します。おねしょがベッドマットまで達した場合は、ベッドマットのクリーニング費用をご負担いただきます。
1. This is a nonsmoking house(including E cigarettes). Smoking is allowed only outdoors on. Please take care of cigarette butts and ashes.
5. カギを紛失した場合は、カギの作成料金を請求させていただきます。
4. Please respect your neighbors and keep quiet. Especially at night. (Parties, loud music, Unauthorized parking etc.)
