Outstanding Stay Near Shinsekai! We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka! Check-in via Kiosk was smooth and easy. The location is truly unbeatable, being just a short, easy 2-minute walk straight into the heart of the vibrant Shinsekai district. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with tons of incredible local restaurants, street food stalls, and shops, making it so convenient to find delicious meals right at your doorstep. Inside, the unit was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious enough for our group of 4 adults 1 kid, to relax comfortably. The amenities were excellent: self serve toiletries, including a sparkling clean bathroom with bathtub, an in-unit washer that was incredibly useful, and a high-tech Toto washlet toilet. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us: the beds were comfortable, and the third bed—a sofa couch—was surprisingly massive, easily fitting two adults and our 7-year-old child with plenty of room to spare. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The room was big for us which was great coming from a small hotel room in Kyoto. Definitely better for a family of 5. The hotel was very clean and the process was super smooth, however there was a musty smell in our room but they said they would switch if we wanted but we didn’t want to move all our luggage. Great price overall.

Great location. Easy access to PT. Rooms was clean. Managed to fit 5 (one on sofa bed). Check in happens without person at desk, so make sure you have the email information provided ready and available.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning during our visit. Despite this minor inconvenience, the rest of the hotel was excellent. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near the subway trains and offering a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever find ourselves in Osaka again.

Great property in a great area. Rooms good size and very clean. Check in is easy if you have 1 room but we had 8 rooms which was a nightmare! I would t use again for a group booking but for single room is perfect.

I did find it odd there was no lighting on the bed side tables. If you wanted to read in bed, the overhead lights needed to be on. Everything else was very good.

Access keypad does not light up sometime, that will confuse the people who never have experience with the system. You have to touch the keypad several times to get it to light up.

Superbe endroit, de mon avis, c'est mieux que la description. La chambre est grande, accès direct à une laveuse/sécheuse dans la chambre, très propre, accès très facile en transport en commun. Une suggestion d'amélioration, un seul interrupteur contrôle les lumières de la pièce principale, lorsque les enfants veulent dormir, il faut éteindre toutes les lumières. Des lumières de lecture près des lits ou du sofa serait un bel ajout. Notre séjour a été parfait
