Convenient location directly across the bus stop. Dont get off at gondo train station and walk, its quite far, so take a bus instead. The rooms are very nice, clean, and traditional. You should come just to meet the old couple who own the inn they are really nice and thoughtful people. They saw us outside wanting to try katsu nearby and even ran back to get us id emailed them if they could.

This ryokan was fantastic! We wanted to stay at a traditional inn, and it was wonderful. The managers are lovely and very helpful, the location is unbeatable (it is close to transit, lots of restaurants, temples, etc.). Strongly advised!.

I will definitely visit this ryokan again if i visit japan in the future! TotemoLiang katsutadesu. We made our reservation the same day, but we ended up being the only guests. The structure was fantastic. It was at its finest traditional janese. Both the room and the bath were excellent. Our brief onenight stay and their hospitality were truly appreciated by us.

What a unique traditional japanese stay. If youve been doing the classic hotel stays in your time in jap, it is unlike anything. The elderly couple runs the lovely service. They would put on our shoes knowing we were the last to leave the place, just so considerate and even gave us hand warmers when it was freezing. Its incredibly hot here at the onsen. Very small like jigsaw public onses in china. You wont be overpacked and will usually be the only one if you are not comfortable with onosense experiences haha. I loved everything about this stay! And the location is also excellent. Highly recommended unless you want to have remembrance in jenja.
