About the dining table in the living room
Please do not move the dining table in the living room. Please note that the stone top plate is not fixed and may fall if it is moved.
How to use the water heater
When using hot water in the bathroom or kitchen, please switch on the water heater. The boiler water heater is in the boiler room on the far left of the living room on the first floor.
About filling the bathtub with hot water in winter
One turn of the hot water handle is the right temperature.
It is low temperature when the faucet is turned at full speed (about 6 turns).
Because during the winter the water pressure is low.

Pets are allowed in the facility.
Pets are only allowed on the 1st floor.
Pets are not allowed in and out of the 2nd floors (bedrooms).
If there is a large amount of dirt or damage on the 2nd and 3rd (bedrooms), we may charge cleaning and repair costs.
Pets are welcome, but please keep large dogs outside the building.
