Had a shortened stay due to a Typhoon. Staff at Ebisu were very communicative re our unexpected change in travel plans. Fab little Ryokan with all the necessities (for first time Ryokan visitors don't expect a lot of furniture) and some good service (spoke very good English). Well located to Kyoto station.

It is a traditional Japanese accomodation. The staff is very nice and friendly. She speaks english quite well and willing to help out. The place is small but comfortable to stay. I actually like it because of its culture and tradition. It is also quite close to a mall and Kyoto station.

Ótima opção para quem quer vivenciar a experiência de dormir em um Ryokan. Staff atencioso, quarto limpo, instruções de como arrumar o futon no tatame, pijamas típicos...muito legal !

깨끗한 시설, 교토역에서 그리 멀지 않아 좋았습니다 처음에 찾아갈 때 해진후라 골목길이 낮설어 망설였지만 다음날 보니 가까운거리였고 자전거를 무료로 빌려 탈수 있어 좋았습니다

Short walk to Kyoto Station and great friendly staff who showed us how to use everything on check-in. Beautifully presented traditional feeling room (we had the double room with ensuite, which had a bidet) Mats, pillows and doona super comfy. They had some great complimentary services too, umbrellas and handy smart phone.

Ryokan situato in isolato residenziale molto silenzioso ma a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Tokyo, quindi ottimamente collegato. Stanza grande il giusto in stile giapponese con tatami e futon. Come in molte buone strutture giapponesi abbiamo trovato a nostra disposizione un collegamento a Internet tramite wifi, smartphone "di cortesia" e una coppia yukata. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Unico neo il bagno, decisamente molto piccolo e non riscaldato come il resto della stanza. Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A ryokan that is close to malls and public transports makes it an ideal choice for visitors seeking convenience. As it is a ryokan provided at an affordable price, don't expect big space including washroom. You do get private washroom which is already a good thing. It's small but functional. Room is the same as well. But if you are out all day, the room provides the comfort at the end of the day for a good night rest.

Nice location, close to Kyoto train station(5 min walk), located in a lovely, quiet and very japenese-styled neighborhood. Although the room is not spacious, it is very clean and well-equipped. Recommended if you wanna try Japanese traditional hotel in a good location!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer sind spärlich eingerichtet, was ja typisch Ryokan ist. Ich fand es trotzdem gemütlich, Schlafen auf dem Futon war auch bequem. Wer weiche Matratzen bevorzugt: fragen ob noch ein Futon verfügbar ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und spricht gut englisch. WC-Bereich ist sehr eng, dafür grosse Dusche (wenn auch über dem Waschbecken). Zu Fuss ist man in ein paar Minuten am Bahnhof. Alles in allem empfehlenswert um mal ein Ryokan auszuprobieren.

Thumbs up to Ebisu team who helped us so much in solving our problems. We will definitely come back again. We spent three nights at Ebisu during our stay in Kyoto and on our last night my father dropped his wallet at the nearby Aeon mall without noticing until the next morning while we were rushing to catch our return flight. Without much hope we dropped an email to Ebisu for help. The great Ebisu team helped us through the journey by contacting the mall, collecting wallet from police station and shipping/wiring back our wallet and money. We really appreciate them and would like to recommend their service to all our friends and Hotels customers!

Excellent quiet location that is near to Kyoto Station with nearby launderette. Staff are helpful and speak good English. Room is spacious and clean. The tatami bedding is surprisingly comfortable even for a heavy man like me.

Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 6.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 6.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 400
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 1.000
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 50.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 100.000: JPY 4.000
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 100.000 atau lebih: JPY 10.000

Untuk keperluan pajak akomodasi, istilah “biaya akomodasi” mengacu pada tarif kamar saja, tidak termasuk biaya makan dan pajak konsumsi.
