Hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan. Pemandian air panas terbuka di lantai paling atas menghadap Gunung Fuji. Sangat menyenangkan. Kamarnya sangat nyaman dan jendela besar bisa menghadap Gunung Fuji. Jika beruntung, Anda bahkan bisa melihat Fuji terbalik di kamar berpemanas. Pilih paket satu malam dua makan malam dan Anda dapat menikmati masakan kaiseki untuk sarapan dan makan malam. The price of rmb 3,000 per night for a hotel room and two meals in a japanesestyle hotel is really not cheap, but fuji ginkei can enjoy the view of mount fuji and lake kawaguchi at the same time in the room. It is already more affordable compared to the nearby kukuna and ubuya hotels. In midfebruary, hotel rooms were almost full and booking was difficult. I spent a month or two in advance checking different booking platforms and official websites every day and finally able to book a threenight stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There is an indoor hot spring on the 7th floor and an outdoor hot spring on the top floor. Breakfast and dinner dishes were changed every day after staying for three days. There were many large bowls and small plates on the stove. There were many dishes. Each portion was not very large, but it was enough to fill you up and it was not difficult to eat. Cant say it is delicious. On the day i arrived, i could still see mount fuji at kawaguchiko station, but i didnt get to see him again after checking in until i left. However, there are fireworks every weekend in January and February, and it was quite nice to watch the fireworks for two nights in a row.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, which was an unforgettable experience. Our room was large enough for three adults. We could sit on the tatami and enjoy the beautiful view of mount fuji and the fireworks near the lake through the windows. We also enjoyed the meals at the hotel. The dishes were so delicious and delicate. Hopefully there will be an english or chinese version of the menu so we can know what we eat without asking the waiters or waitresses. One waiter who appears to have worked at the hotel for decades was nice and humorous. He was able to speak a little taiwanese, which really surprised us. The bathhouse wasnt very large, but it was very comfortable to take a bath while enjoying the scenery outside. We had to leave very early on the last day. It was cold and wet in the morning. We really appreciated that the hotel took us to the station in a van. Overall we had a great experience in kawaguchiko and hope to visit here again next time.

First of all, when you arrive at kawaguchiko station, you can find the service center and call the hotel for pickup, but the earliest pickup time is 2.30 pm, which is very convenient to get to the hotel. The reception service attitude is very good. After arriving at the hotel, the receptionist explained the facilities and details to us and then went to the room. The room was large and clean, with separate dry and wet areas. The toilet was divided into two rooms, making it convenient for everyone to go to the toilet and take a shower. The view of mount fuji is also visible from the room. It was foggy that day and mount fuji was not very clear. However, tomorrow morning there will be no fog, and the view will be very clear and beautiful. The food was very rich and the hotel staff were very nice. You can see mount fuji from the dining area, only during breakfast time. The most surprising thing is that breakfast is not a buffet, it is similar to kaiseki cuisine and the dining area for dinner and breakfast is the same. The food quality is high, the price is reasonable and worth recommending. The service attitude is really good, the place is very clean and you can clearly see mount fuji from the room and hotel. The most disappointing thing is the hot spring, there is only one indoor hot spring and openair hot spring, but the hot spring environment is very good.

Meski ada perjalanan mendadak, ada satu kamar kosong dan saya bisa menggunakannya. Karena atap beberapa bangunan rendah yang berada tepat di depan bangunan induk dan paviliun di sebelah kiri, meskipun pemandangan Gunung Fuji dapat dilihat, namun pemandangan Gunung Fuji dari lantai 4 paviliun tidak terlihat. Our time at this hotel was truly exceptional. The front desk staff were satisfactory, but what truly stood out were the breathtaking views of mount fuji and the lake from both our room and the public onsen area. The restaurant staff were friendly, and the chef demonstrated exceptional presentation skills and served delectable meals. We would especially like to thank one of the friendly female staff members at the hotel entrance who offered to capture memorable moments for us with the majestic mount fuji in the background. This thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our stay, making it truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and the warm hospitality!.

For those who want to see mount fuji or visit a hot spring hotel for the first time, the overall cp value is very high and worth recommending. When the weather is good, you can clearly see mount fuji. The facilities are a bit old and the desk in my room even came loose. The outdoor hot spring has a nice view but only offers very basic bathing and skin care products. One stay and two meals, dinner and breakfast are rich and delicious. But if you have visited a highend hot spring hotel, your appetite for food may be higher, but i think it is very good to have such a food package at this price. The staff has a very good attitude towards serving customers.

I stayed in an annex this time, which has all new facilities. There are views of the lake and mountains outside the window. If the weather is good, it will be beautiful. Unfortunately, i didnt see mount fuji on the day i stayed. The food at the hotel is also quite good, and some dishes are very filling. The service during dinner is also quite good, with waiters in different languages. The openair hot spring has a wide view and there arent many people bathing in it. Very satisfied with my stay.

The lady who guided us to our room was very warm and polite. Later on, we would occasionally encounter her in the restaurant, outside the hot springs and different floors. She seemed to recognize us and greeted us each time, with a courteous attitude that made us feel her genuine hospitality. Sadly, the general attitude of the front desk staff was average; sometimes they would act as if they didn’t see the guests and appearing indifferent. After checkout, their attitude seems further declined, as they were less willing to respond to inquiries. Nonetheless, we are grateful for the shuttle bus service they provided. Also, when we inquired through the platform beforehand, they responded quickly. The food was exquisite and delicious, both breakfast and dinner were very filling. In the morning, we could enjoy breakfast while looking at Mount Fuji. It felt like the hotel placed foreign guests in the same restaurant, where there were many foreign staff, making communication in English convenient. They were warm and friendly, hopefully they could continue strengthen their hospitality etiquette to traditional Japanese service standards. There weren’t many guests, so it didn’t feel crowded. The room size was just right, with a view of Mount Fuji, and the bedding and mattress were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well. But some areas in the bathroom were not cleaned properly, and we noticed stains in the shower, which felt a bit dirty. Overall it is good hotel though! Recommended
