The mitsui family owned the historic taisho onsen. I visited in late October, and hakone is in a lovely area and is almost fall foliage season. Rooms. There are 23 rooms on the property that are surrounded by old maple trees and bamboo. Hananome has two beds. Sisley amenities. My room had dark wood furnishings that looked old, but when i got there, ive found it to be really restorative because if he feels beaten down. A free minibar with the exception of champagne and macallan. The hotel had very little windows and natural light, so despite the fact that it was strange to receive welcome tea in an envelope. Excellent service throughout my stay, although it seemed strange for me to get welcome coffee in this paper cup. Didnt try the public onense. Highquality souvenirs in the restaurant and lobby. Meals at the stunning historic mitsumi residence. Food and beverages. Dinner here was my favorite and my comfort food, even though it wasnt rated as kaiseki during my three nights there. Although this was not referred to as one of the Michelinstarred restaurant (I tried dozens during this trip, this place was excellent. Prices. Moderate $662, which included

I have now missed my train due to an extreme negligence by ana. My group of four people had very expensive reservations on the green train from odawara station to shin oksaka station. Ana welcomed us with open arms and laid out what to anticipate during our stay. We explained to her that we had a specific train reserved and that it was crucial for the shuttle to get us there promptly. She assured us that she had noted this on her iPad. The onsen and room were both immaculate, and the dinner was tier one. Better than any other ryokan meal ive ever had. On checkout, we discovered that there was no shuttle ready for us, contrary to what was initially stated. After that, instead of being told to leave us at tasuna stations bus stop nearer to the onsee station, they instructed us to walk there. This miscommunication by analyst may have cost us our prearranged tickets from orawa to shaifahu station in advance. Ive since sent an email to them about what ann to my group, but i have not received any response. It has been two days since

Hakone suishoen is a true sanctuary with spacious, wellappointed rooms, topnotch amenities, and hospitable spas. The employees at hakonesses were exceptional in their professionalism and attentiveness. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure i had cherished my stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at haku sushoon, redefining the experience by being truly exceptional and exceeding all expectations. Ha kone sushi is an absolute standout, from the delicious teppanyaki dinner to the impeccable service. At hakane susishönen, the culinary experience was firstrate, unquestionably rated by mello Michelin stars. For food enthusiasts, its advisable to try the tikanyaka dinner, which was renowned for its culinary masterpiece.

This was an amazing experience. In my opinion, its well worth the price. They made every effort to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The inroom baths were nice, and i particularly liked that the bath temperature could be adjusted by myself, as ive been to other ryokans before and they were always boiling hot.

In general, the hotel is excellent, and the experience is enjoyable. The service is also commendable. There is a substantial breakfast offered by the establishment. In autumn, it will be even more stunning. It is undoubtedly regarded as renowned in the neighborhood.

Very professional service! The staff there really takes care of you and provides free transportation to and from the train station. The rooms are very nice and of high quality! Traditional japanese food is very special and has a wide variety too!.

I had a wonderful family vacation with my child. The lodging was spotless, the food was excellent, and the hot springs were pleasant. Next time, i want to go back.

During my stay, i was impressed by the excellent service and facilities provided by this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially when we asked for directions. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of their service.

I will return! Fantastic experience! The food is delicious and the personnel is really nice! Its elegant and laid back, and i adore the atmosphere. Well worth the price, well above my expectations.

The only minor issue is that it is a little out of the way. The hotel offers free pickup from the nearby station. I would definitely make another reservation. Wonderful stay. Photos dont do the job justice. Food is of highest quality, service is flawless, rooms are clean and wellappointed, and fully equipped with amenities.

Our decision to stay at this hotel was made possible by the excellent service provided by staff, especially with the private hot tub. The food served was also delectable. Although the room is pricey, it does come with a few complimentary gifts, drinks, and snacks.

This time, i spent two nights in cuisongyuan. Each room has its own unique layout, each has distinctive characteristics, and has a private hot spring pool. The duplex room deserves particular attention. Yu is the first floor has no wifi signal at all, but that is typical on the ground floor. All other beverages in the small refrigerator in this room are free, except for the expensive foreign wine. Those using sisley trial products in their room can use them for free. Kowakidani hotel offers free pickup and dropoff services. Convenience stores are located not far away and behind the hotels entrance. There is steamed sauna, an outdoor pool, as well as an indoor pool near the public bathing area. At the entryway are cold drinks, beer, or mineral water. Dinner is served as kaiseki, while breakfast is offered in both western and japanese. Overall, the atmosphere is positive. I give the hotel kudos and will make reserving in advance before the spring festival next year.

You cheng savu, yen nadi, and mr. Yun tian khu kuta, the chinese language is very bad. The staff is not friendly. They are very helpful and friendly, they also speak english well.

This place is highly recommended. One of the best stays ive ever had. Everyone should experience a ryokan once in their life, and this one takes the cake. Only ten percent of it is made up of excellent service and staff. A private onsen with vistas of lush green trees and brooks flowing through is accompanied by pristine views. Luxurious amenities that are well worth the cost. The chef was outstanding at accommodating all dietary restrictions. Both the breakfast and dinner, both served in japanese style, were unforgettable experiences. Well before we arrived, the staff was in constant communication with us.
