We arrived at the roman earlier than expected because of a number of mishaps, but the staff were outstanding in arranging a pickup for us and took great care to make sure we ate dinner on time. Each dish was explained during dinner, and everything looked lovely and tasted even better! The warm opening in our room was pleasant, and we were shown how to set the temperature. It was a wonderful experience to wake up in the morning to the view of Fuji and be able to soak in the warm start of the day while watching the view was breathtaking. Breakfast was also an enjoyable experience. There was one fish dish that had an overpowering flavor, but everything else was fantastic, and you won't leave hungry! Highly recommended and I wouldn't think twice about reserving again.

They serve a lot, and we are grateful for this one. The service was worth it, especially for the key guy. It was a real pleasure to be able to show you the amazing Fuji in the bath, just like we got a large bathtub, and they made us wait for the bus for 5 minutes instead of 9 hours at the bake ropeway station. There is a lot of seating, and they rotate quite frequently. They are very friendly. I checked in and it was worth every penny. We can see this in the photos. The rooms with the Fuji view are great and look spectacular. The food presented was nicer than the flavor, but it was still pretty good overall. We have to spend a lot of time in Tokyo. They provide a lot of activities such as taking free drinks and being able to ride almost everything. In case you want to use the shiro Japanese American with it, there are no reservations required. They are always on the list and will come pick you up as soon as you call them. Thats not too bad.

What a stunning location. It might be a little harder to get to in a calmer area of the Zakone region. However, the surrounding area and tranquility are worth it. Every room has a private outdoor area, which is great for Western husbands who are fiercely against being nude in front of others. It was raining and brisk during our stay at night, making taking in the onset a whole lot more atmospheric. The kiseki supper was the highlight of our entire trip. The next morning, the weather cleared up, and we could see it fuji from the dining room while we had breakfast.

I first found the yuya zen on a few blogs, and it did not disappoint. The road to the palace hotel bus stop was washed out so it had to be picked up further than expected, but the staff was very helpful in coordinating. The personalized dinner and breakfast were great. Traditional Japanese food for dinner and breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also a great experience to start on your own. Every detail seemed to be thought through. Its worth the price.

From the start, the staff was incredibly polite and accommodating. We believed that the distance from here was the ideal opportunity for sightseeing. Bake is only a stop from the ropeway and the staff will pick you up from the bake station. We took the bus from Zakone youto to the ship for the sightseeing tour, and the bake is just one stop from the ropeway. Moosewaw beef melts in your mouth, baked apple with scallops, and delicious plum wine for supper. They make great meals. They take great pride in their food.
