Delicious breakfasts, wonderful in house mineral bath ( onsen), super gracious manager. Beautiful decors of Japanese antiques and great collection of Olympic posters. Warm, comfortable room. Convenient to bus, ski jump.

スキー場にも近く，スキー置き場，スキーブーツ乾燥室もありました。ホテルに温泉もあり，露天風呂もあります。部屋もきれいで快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

This is a small hotel run by an old couple. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and more than enough. We had a pleasant stay and for sure we will stay in this hotel again when we go to Hakuba next year.

The breakfasts and dinners were amazing, best food in our 3 weeks in Japan and different for every meal (over a week). The owner went out of his way to help when my daughter injured herself. The onsens were amazing. The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes walk to hakuba bus terminal. Was a great traditional experience.

施設はとても綺麗ですし、スタッフの方々も皆さん感じよく、快適に過ごすことができました。口コミ通り、食事がどれを食べてもとても美味しかったです。ぜひまた利用したい宿です。１つだけ難点は、ゲレンデまで、スキーを担ぎブーツで歩くと12分程かかるため、大変です。送迎があるとなお良いと思いました。

We stayed here before trekking on Shirouma-dake. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good onsen. Dinner and breakfast were hearty and delicious. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and let us store our luggage in the hotel for 3 days during our trek.

I stayed for four nights and loved the location. Bus station and mini-mart are both short distances away, making it even more convenient with our heavy luggage. It is also a short walk to nearby restaurants if you're willing to go for a walk to burn more fat or don't want to wait for the shuttle buses. This place is closer to Hago One, a gondola that comes directly from here. The staff was really welcoming, especially an uncle who is incredibly kind and hospitable. On our checkout day, he gave us a Hakana calendar and took the time to explain the stunning images of Hakana. He is obviously enraged! Breakfast was delicious and authentic. The young boys who served us were also friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and was reasonably priced. Will undoubtedly return if I ever visit Hakana again! The hotel seemed to be run by just a few people, which meant that we frequently returned in the afternoon without our room key and had to wait for too long before someone returned to us.

This was excellent if you want to visit Hakuna and have a truly unique, very local experience. My wife, husband, and daughter stayed on January 19. It's a genuine Japanesestyle hotel, and we did everything like futons, beginning, and other amenities. I was a little concerned when I first noticed futon mattresses on the cane floor, but after discovering, we all slept very well! Every night, we needed to turn the heater down because it was so hot. The food was excellent, albeit a little odd a Japanese breakfast dish was a surprise, but the quality and freshness were outstanding. As others have stated, the hosts are the true winner here. He is outstanding. Nothing is too difficult. Literally bends over backwards to help.

This hotel is a little gem in the Hakuna neighborhood, stayed there for a week and had a great time. The hotel facilities include free parking, a ski room, and both indoor and outdoor entrances. Breakfast and dinner were served Japanese style and good taste, all the ingredients they used were fresh from the local area. The staff are friendly and the gentleman at the reception can speak above average English, which is essential for English speaking travelers. Shuttle buses are available at the ski area shuttle bus station, which is about a 5-minute walk away. If you have your own rental car, it would be more flexible because most ski areas have free parking, except for harpoon, where parking costs 500800 yen per day.

The hotel has a hot spring that starts in the hall and large rooms that let you put all your gear out. The dry room isn't heated, so it doesn't dry your boots as much as you'd like but still does the job. They offer a really great dinner package for 2, 500 yen that includes 10 courses, so definitely try it at least once!

Our first decision to stay in this place was to visit this hotel again for a stay. The location is so strategic, and convenient to all the tourist places, such as the main happo one bus stop and the shuttle buses to happo one ski slope, and from the hotel itself, it is only a three-minute wall from the main bus stop. The place was also very beautiful with stunning wooden beams in the ceiling, fantastic views of the mountains from all the windows, and the staff was so friendly, they always call the ski rental shop to pick us up on the shuttle, and they also gave me Japanese slippers so that I could walk around.
