Q. What time is check in / check out?
A. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.

Q. Can I invite my friends to the room?
A. No one except the guest is allowed to enter. The reason is that it is an accommodation like a hotel, so if it is discovered that someone other than the guest has entered the room, it may be violated the law and the administration may point out and it is possible to have the operations suspended. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Is it possible to restock the room amenities and daily use items?
A. I do not restock the room amenities and daily use items during your stay.
If you need additional items, please purchase them yourself.

Q. Can I use the parking space before check-in?
A. You can park your car after 10am on your check-in day.

Q. Can I use the parking space after check-out?
A. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it will not be available after check-out as it will be used by next guests.

Q. What do I need to bring for BBQ?
A. The BBQ grill that is required charcoal is equipped. There are also dishes tongs, disposable grid provided. Please bring charcoal, all ingredients and seasoning you like.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
A. You can leave your luggage before check-in after 10:00am.

Q. Is late check-out possible?
A. Late check-out is not available. Cleaning needs to be arranged for the next customer.

Q. Does your accommodation allow pets?
A. The accommodation is not pet-friendly.

Q. Is it possible to ask you to send me my belongings that I left.
A. It is possible because the staff of the cleaning company will support you.
However, since it is an unmanned accommodation facility, if you have forgotten something, you can pay on delivery, but you will have to go to pick it up or pack it, so an additional 1000 to 1500 yen will be charged. Please be careful not to forget it.

Q. Is the property licensed?
A. This accommodation is operated with the permission of the government.

Q. Can I smoke in the room?
A. All rooms are non-smoking. I do not accept electronic cigarettes, either. If you want to smoke, please go to the backyard where the ashtray is.
