This hotel is situated just outside Namba. You have a quiet location but the hyper activity of Namba is only 15 minutes walk away. Check in is a little strained - it is contactless, involving pin codes and a video exchange - once you're through this, everything is great. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony and contain kitchenette and washing machine. So, all good but be prepared for the contactless check in!

Place was very nice and super clean. Easy check in and location was great. Very close to the main attractions. Convenient stores close by as well as local restaurants. There is a washer available in the room but no dryer, there is space on the balcony to hang your clothes to dry. Overall, very pleasant experience, I would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Abitare Namba West from June 2 to 8. The room was exceptionally clean and remarkably quiet, providing a perfect peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. What really stood out was how well-equipped the room was. Everything we needed was provided and functioned perfectly—the bathroom, bathtub, water closet, induction stove, refrigerator, and microwave were all in excellent working order and incredibly easy to use. Additionally, the hotel's very close proximity to Sakuragawa Station made navigating the city absolutely effortless. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and highly accessible place to stay!

離JR難波站遠一點，近千日前線櫻川站5號出口近電梯，非常方便，附近很少食肆，比較寧靜，有洗衣機，洗衣粉供應，衣架十分充足，連晾襪架都有，室內乾燥衣服，非常方便

Excellent location and a great stay overall. The hotel has sento (shared bath) for guests, which was a wonderful bonus. There is also a convenience store inside the hotel, making it very convenient. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was decent, although not particularly outstanding. However, the excellent location and facilities more than made up for it. I would happily stay here again.

Well equipped room and the kitchen is very good. The location is perfect as well with many restaurants around. Two beds are enough for our family of two adults and two kids.

Checkin was a little weird, no front desk receptionist, talked to someone virtual on a computer who could've been from another country. Room was clean, far enough from touristy places that it was nice to relax to without the outside hustle and bustle. Restaurants and shopping were in walking distance.

Clean and spacious room for the price. Note there is no one on-site, but they do respond quickly if you message/email them. Lots of gadgets/features in plumbing fixtures and temperature control system that were somewhat difficult to figure out for foreigners - perhaps a manual/set of instructions would have been quite helpful. Could not be any closer to a subway station with the shortcut they will advise you of. Those step-by-step instructions were much appreciated.
