The place was very convenient to everything. 5-10 min walk to dotonbori and all the shops in shinsaibashi. There is a close elevator to get into the train station, so that works so well with so many luggage. It was a great experience to stay here. Easy access, easy check in and check out. Very good communication with the host. Will book again in the future!

Laundry service in the apartment was very convenient. AC kept the room cool. Closed to business area and subways. It’s an idea place for travellers to stay.

You really can't ask for a better spot in Osaka! It's super close to be able to walk everywhere, or easily access transit. There's parking near by, there's grocery stores and konbini stores close by, it was perfect. The hosts made sure that we had clear instructions and were attentive to our communications.

Air conditioning on both floors ✅ Washing machine (line dry outside or around the apartment) ✅ Detergent pods ✅ Toiletries and towels ✅ Very clean ✅ Fridge and freezer ✅ Full kitchen ✅ Furo ✅ Wifi ✅ Fast and great communication ✅ We would stay here every time we come to Osaka. It was amazing and perfect. I’m not sure I listed every thing that was good about this stay, but I’m sure there even more things I’m forgetting! Loved.

About 7mins walk from either Nipponbashi or Tanimachi 9-chome. The bathroom has a drying function and effectively dry my washed clothes over night. There is a supermarket 1 min from the apartment and plenty of eatery (ramen and udon) nearby. Walking distance to Kuromon market. There is two queen size beds at the loft and quite comfortable. Place is clean and functional. Will book the place again.

En arrivant, on a eu un problèmes avec la toilette et le propriétaire nous a changé immédiatement d'appartement, ce qui fût grandement apprécié. L'appartement esy propre, cuisine équipé, il manque seulement un petit four et ce serait parfait.

Loved it. Got to feel like I had my own apartment to come back to after experiencing the city. Host was very quick to respond with any weird issues I had and had very detailed notes on how to get in. Will definitely look at coming back.

Everything was nearby, place was clean and it was a great location. You can hear traffic noise due to the highway but it is not bad. You can definitely sleep through anything. The only thing is that the building itself seems not very well taken care, the elevator gives a dirty vibe but it is not a deal breaker. I would stay there again! Best place to walk around and travel through train.

This hotel is both close to Dotonbori and train stations which was very convenient to us as travellers. We were able to get around easily and see many sights. The room itself was clean and spacious with good amenities which made our stay very comfortable. Communication with the host was great and check in / check out was also very easy. We will definitely stay here again if coming back to the Osaka area! ありがとうございました！
