The property does not accept children 0-3 years old.
Children over 4 years old are considered as adults.

[Kyoto City Accommodation Tax] will be charged separately at the site:
200 JPY per person (if less than 20,000 JPY per person per night)
500 JPY per person (if less than 50,000 JPY per person per night)
1,000 JPY per person (for stays of 50,000 JPY or more per person per night)
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
Check-in is not possible after 12:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is not possible.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.

Guests with food allergies or preferences are advised to notify the property in advance via the Special Request box.
Please inform the property regarding number of children, age, meal plan, and extra bed requirements prior to arrival.
The property does not offer halal meals.
