Starting 1 April 2026, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:

For room rates less than JPY 6,000: None
For room rates JPY 6,000 or more: JPY 200
