若い外国人スタッフがみんな丁寧で一生懸命。気持ちの良い接客でした。温泉は24時間いつでも入れるので、誰もいない時間帯を狙って露天風呂も独り占め。最高に気持ちが良かった〜。

별 기대 없이 갔는데 너무 좋았습니다. 서비스 청결 온천 친절함 환경 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 온천은 긴잔보다 압도적으로 좋았고 직원들의 친절함은 감동적이었습니다. 자오온천 버스터미널까지 셔틀도 무료로 아용 할 수 있어 편하게 오고 갈 수 있습니다. 다음엔 부모님과 함께 방문하고 싶습니다.

The location is good, near bus terminal and also Chuo ropeway. Convienent to transfer and ski. Staffs are friendly, Onsen is open for 24h, very nice.

飯店在出發的前一天有用hotels.com傳訊息跟我們確認到達藏王溫泉站的時間，省去我們在雪地裡爬上坡的麻煩。服務台的接待人員中文很好，很仔細的跟我們確認飲食喜好。晚餐除了壽喜燒跟生魚片，還有當地料理的自助吧台。雖然不是很豪華的料理但食材都很新鮮實在。我們晚上去散步，回程碰到飯店的接駁車，司機還好心的主動停下來載我們一程。房間的部份因為沒有浴室，有更大的空間更加放鬆，樓下有室內和露天的溫泉浴場很舒服。接待人員說我們可以免費去泡其他家Takamiya hotel的溫泉，但因為時間不夠只好作罷，下次還會想來著幾晚！

What a great Ryokan/Hotel. Right in the middle of the town and only 8-10 mins walk to ski lifts. Free pickup from the Zao Onsen Bus Stop to the Hotel through the Tourist Information office. Hotel also offers Limited free drop off to and from the ski lift area. Both Japanese and English spoken. Robert both at the front desk and in the restaurant area was a great help. traditional breakfast and dinners were also surprisingly included with our room. 24 hour Onsen available. There is also an outside Onsen but closed in winter due to the amount of snow. Free fast Wifi. Recommended stay.

Superb service, great food, and reasonable location. We were treated like rock-stars the whole time we were there, from check-in to check-out. It was really the little things that made our stay wonderful, like finding the snow and ice brushed/scraped off our van in the morning and having complimentary room service delivered the first night because we arrived after their dinner buffet had closed. Spacious room, too, especially by typical Japanese hotel standards. The hotel offered a traditional Japanese experience with such a warm and welcoming staff that there was no accompanying apprehension at making a cultural faux pas. For skiers/snowboarders, they have a convenient equipment storage/drying room and provide a shuttle to the lifts. We stayed for three nights and had breakfast and dinner included with our stay. Both meals were delicious, though after a few days there is quite a bit of repetition. Overall, definitely recommend for a winter ski destination.

Very helpful and friendly staff, in particular Shota Fujio (ever smiling), Yoshihashi, Takeuchi and Kato (as well as the intern lady from China). We were made to feel very welcome. Dinner was good (we had 3 and the main set was different each day). Indoor and outdoor onsen was alright.

Stayed for 2 nights in this relatively new ryokan with English-speaking front desk staffs. Complimentary shuttle service provided to and from Zao bus terminal, as well as ropeway. I will recommend this ryokan in Zao Onsen to those who wants to escape from the tourists crowd and its peaceful surrounding. Imagine sulphuric water with steam from the stream flowing around the area! Able to ski at nearby slopes is a bonus.

相當舒適的旅館，晚餐早餐都美味，飯店接待人員服務好，可以來回接送到公車站，如果要前往御釜可詢問飯店，飯店會協助看天氣是否適合，並且導覽周邊環境，溫泉也很舒服喔。

This is our second trip to the zoo to ski for a week. We stayed six nights. When you arrive, the staff will pick you up from the zoo bus stop and drop you off when it's time to leave. We appreciated that the manager recognized us from last year and gave us the same room. The zoo unlike most ski resorts does not have many restaurants to choose from, so we chose the in-house breakfast and dinner plan. A true winner! Every day's food was excellent and varied. Beginning is excellent with both indoor and outdoor options. The rooms are spacious, which is ideal for travelling with a lot of ski equipment. The front door has a complete ski gear drying room. Every afternoon, the personnel will drop you off to go skiing and pick you up. A sizable gift shop and cheap beer are available from vending machines. What more could you want? Nothing is too much trouble for management and employees. While you're there, they make you feel at home!.
