I hope all of you enjoy your stay here. This hotel is in a great location right on the lake with spectacular views of the water and trees. A traditional hotel with great attention to detail. The food was wonderful and the staff friendly. We had a private view of my fuji, it was great!

We chose to book our trip to Tokyo a week before our flight so we had no choice but to go. The Fuji Lake Hotel provided a room so we decided to go there. There we spent three nights. The hotel looks old and has a history that says it was among the first constructed in Lake Kawaguchiko. Our room was spacious and looked out over the lake. We saw it all day and didn't feel like we missed the Fuji Lake view. Early in the day, I advise using the counter seats facing Fuji san and going to the dining room. The lake view is also fantastic because the dining room is on ith fi and has a panoramic window view. We strolled around the lake and saw the view from various angles. There are numerous hotels around the lake, but the hotels across from Fuji Lake Hotel would provide a much more picturesque view of it fuji, though somewhat distant. Imagine a lake in the foreground and it fuji in the background. While our hotel has a closer view, the buildings in the background slightly spoil the overall view. You cant have everything! We enjoyed our stay and will return to Kawaguchiko for another visit. Fuji Lake has little to offer in terms of location compared to the Nomini corridor area, where there are more tourist attractions and restaurants. We were left without a choice because we had decided and booked our trip to Tokyo a week prior to our trip. The Fuji Lake hotel offered a room, so we went for it. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel appears outdated, and we've read that it was one of the first constructed on Lake Kawaguchiko. Our accommodation was roomy and faced the lake. We kept seeing the view of the lake throughout the day and weren't feeling lost after three days there. I advise booking a counter seat facing Fuji San early to the dining room. The view of the lake is also stunning because the dining room is on ith fi and has a panoramic window view. We strolled by the lake and took in the view from various angles. There are numerous hotels around the lake, and we believe that the hotels across the Fuji Lake Hotel would give you a much more picturesque view of it, if slightly distant. Imagine a lake in the background and the lake in the background. Although our hotel has a closer view, the buildings in the background somewhat ruined the overall view. Well, you cannot have everything! We had a great time and plan to go back to Kawaguchiko again, but I'll choose a different hotel for a change. Fuji Lake has few options in terms of location compared to the Nomini Thruway area,
