●夜20時以降はテレビの音量を下げ、お静かにお過ごしください。
●パーティーや飲み会は禁止です。当施設はあくまでも宿泊施設であり、近隣住民の方の迷惑になるようなご利用については、厳しく対処させて頂きます。
●一時利用も含め、当施設の予約の際に申告した方以外のご利用は禁止です。そのような行為が発覚した場合にはAirbnbに報告の上、グループの皆様全員にご退去して頂きます。
●客室内、建物敷地内、ホテル周辺の道路などは全面禁煙です。
●建物敷地内、ホテル周辺の道路などで喫煙され、警察を呼ばれたり、クレームが入った場合などはご退去頂く可能性がございます。
●客室内で喫煙されたことが発覚した際には、特殊清掃料金１部屋当たり40,000円に加えて、場合によっては後述の営業保証金を請求いたします。
●当ホテルの利用に際し、お客様の過失によって備品、設備等に破損や紛失があった場合、当社の請求に従い、その損害を弁償して頂きます。当ホテルの営業に支障をきたした場合には、お客様には支障をきたした期間中の損害についても弁償して頂きます。当ホテル営業に支障をきたした期間中の営業補償金については１泊あたり40,000円となります。
●お部屋内は土足禁止となっております。お部屋の玄関にて必ず靴を脱いでご利用ください。
●館内のタオル、食器等の備品のお持ち帰りはできません。紛失、破損した場合は実費を請求する場合がございます。
●特にお部屋内にて飾られている美術品にはお手を触れないようにお願い致します。破損された場合には販売価格を実費請求させて頂きます。悪質と判断した場合には警察への被害届の提出も行います。
●ごみの分別（可燃ごみ、ビン・カン・ペットボトル）の徹底をお願い致します。客室内のゴミ箱の許容量を超えるゴミについてはお持ち帰りください。ゴミを残された場合、別途ごみの処分料を頂きます。お持ち帰り頂いたゴミについては、当施設周辺・近隣への不法投棄は絶対におやめください。
●チェックアウトは、午前11時です。それまでにお荷物の搬出まで完了してください。
●当ホテル内には危険物を持ち込むことはできません。
●当ホテル内の備品を移動した場合には、所定の位置にお戻しください。
●テレビなどの配線・配置を無断で変更することは禁止です。パソコン・ゲーム機などの接続をご希望の場合にはご予約時に事前相談が必要です。
●近隣住民からの騒音・臭気などのクレームが発生した場合、当ホテル従業員が施設内に立ち入る可能性がございます。
●ハウスルールに反する行為について、当ホテル従業員からの注意勧告に従わない場合、今後の当ホテルの利用禁止措置や当ホテルから即時退去措置を受ける可能性がございます。
